Sometimes I do wear an apron. Unfortunately they're waste aprons. I don't know how many t-shirts that I have stained with splatters. So one like the one you're wearing would be perfect. And Vidalia onions are the best love them. Definitely going to try this recipe. Have a wonderful Monday y'all

Paula, I only wear one when I'm frying something in the pan that could splatter on me. Other than that I don't. I have an apron my mom gave me MANY years ago and I didn't like the design on it at the time, but of course I said nothing. She's been gone since 2008 and I have loved that apron since. When I put it on, I feel my mom close to me. She was so happy when she gave it to me. I love it like crazy now.

I dunno, Miss Paula. We have our Walla Walla Sweet Onions in Washington State and we think ours are the sweetest. ;-) Like Georgia, we also have a short sweet onion season (mid-June to August), but I hear ya on after the season we still see Walla Walla onions in our markets. The difference is the onions we see after the season are not marked "Sweet" as they are the basic winter yellow onion but are still grown in Walla Walla. I will have to try this recipe and one more thing... Thank you so much for keeping us company during quarantine. I am now in the habit of your videos being the first thing I watch every morning.

The sweets are a bit "squatty" shaped and have a thinner skin. They are lighter in color too.

Great roasted Vidalia onions which is a healthier option than fried "Bloomin" Onion rings! I am going to make this! You can use Sweet Onions if your store does not have any big Vidalia Onions. With the smaller Sweet Onions the cooking time in oven would be about 30 minutes or so.

I'm a very southern Indiana Hoosier! Love Vidalia onions. 🧅🧅🧅🧅🧅🧅
Vidalias were first grown in Toombs County, Georgia. Vidalia Onions have developed an international reputation as the “world's sweetest onion.” Their mild flavor is due to the unique combination of soils & climate found in the 20 county production area.

I know everybody raves and raves about the Vidalia onions. But, I know of a, basically unkown sweeter onion, the Imperial Valley sweet onions from Imperial, California. I have never had a better onion! These onions rarely make it out of the valley. The get bought up by the people and businesses in the valley. My aunt and her family lived there for most of my life. Sadly, no one lives there and I moved out of southern California.
