This was obviously done with a loan, which is not hard to qualify for depending on the terms, assuming you’ve worked consistently and have good credit. So yes, this is definitely replicable.

I wish your land hacking program had payment plan methods, like I did with college and got through with it. If yall had it, I would 100% join this program. Looks very helpful, and I need a mentor in my life for land hacking. My partner and I want to start a glamping business hopefully in 2 years. I know people who totally live off their investments and just check their portfolio one time per month and that's it's. You are working 10000 times more than those people.

This was gold. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on those of us whose health has been destroyed, and has a 99.99% of continuing to decline until death at an earlier than average age. This is not a devils-advocate argument but a factually-based, serious question. I also believed that you can't get anywhere in life with poor health. Unfortunately, I have been able to confirm this accuracy firsthand.
look up "spike protein fix" try listening to those that were sounding off the alarms from the start (in other words, don't trust CDC, MSM etc). Stay strong.

If what you say was true you wouldn't be making youtube videos. 🤣 The least amount of work you can do and still build wealth is to click the buy button on a good dividend stock like whatever dividend stock that is paying the most. You have to chase yield. It's really not that hard. You don't have to be smart. You don't have to work hard. If you can work the buy and sell button on a brokerage account you have it made.

Exactly, better than dividends is if you can trade options well. It takes a while to learn and it’s hard to becoming consistently profitable with risk management strategy, but anyone can do it. It can also just take a few good lucky trades in a year.
