Nasrallah is an infamous name within the Palestinian expat community. I have to think Nash could have been providing information on his international connections.
That potential relationship with the intelligence community could've made Nash untouchable in SoCal.
If we look at the historical context,I think we can all agree that CIA protected sources have operated with impunity for generations. I believe Nash fits this mold perfectly, especially considering his true last name.

I believe the first time they tried to get in the back door someone else had locked it already. John holmes had to go back and unlock it again. Nash thought holmes' second visit was odd and that's why they immediately suspected it was holmes.

Not Correct about his early life and career in los angeles. You Really Believe Eddie Nash was able to buy those nightclubs( he owned 8 in total ) by selling Hot dogs ? He made his ENTIRE Net worth selling, smuggling, buying, brokering Narcotics. Plain and simple. The laws were different in the 1960's and 1970's and everyone became MILLIONAIRES. Also, jail time was 10 years Maximum for big cases and you served 7 years Maximum unlike today it's LIFE IN PRISON

Launius never associated or worked with Nash. Neither party knew each other. The only connection was John Holmes, who was the go between. The Nash trials of 90 & 91 resulted from the testimony of Scott Thorson ( Liberace's Lover) Thorson was there right after the robbery had taken place. Thorson would testify he was at Nash's to pick up a pound of cocaine when he witnessed Greg Diles ( Nash's body guard) burst through the front door with Holmes by the back of the neck... At some point, a gun was put to Holmes head. Thorson claims to have overheard the whole thing and testified to that. Although the jury came back 11-1 to convict, the one juror hold out was an 18 yo who happened to be the younger sister of the Rolling 30's ( the crips ) gang member. This is where the bribe originated.

The condo on Wonderland Street where the Wonderland gang lived has a pretty colorful history of stories about the activity that swirled around the condo literally all day and all night
One of the stories about the comings and goings of individuals at the condo has a rock music theme connected to it.
Allegedly, according to several different sources, various members of Van Halen and Motley Crue went to the Wonderland condo to buy cocaine.
According to these sources, the members of the two bands would get the attention of one of the gang members who would be sitting in a chair on one of the two porches that were located on the front of the condo.
The band member will let the person know how much cocaine they were wanting to purchase and the gang member would lower a basket attached to a rope down to the band member who would put the money needed into the basket and the gang member would pull it back up, take the money out of the basket and go into the condo.
Anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes later, the gang member would walk back out onto the porch, put the cocaine into the basket and lower it down to the band member who would grab the cocaine and leave.
Apparently, various members of the two bands were frequent customers for over a year.
Also, allegedly an unidentified member of one of the two bands was at the condo purchasing cocaine the night before the murders occurred.🎉
According to these sources, the gang members who were on the porch had no idea that they were selling cocaine to members of two L.A. based hard rock bands, one which at the time was the biggest act in rock, the other an up and coming club band which at the time was beginning to attract the interest of several major record labels looking to sign them to a major recording contract.
Also, according to the same sources, the band members never were invited by the gang or with another person who was a friend of the gang went inside the condo.
They had no personal relationship with any of the gang members, especially the main ones who ran the gang.
The band members were just following the protocol the gang had established for customers to buy cocaine from the gang that had been told to them by friends they knew who had been to the condo to buy cocaine from the gang before them.😂🎉🎉😂
