I know that she wasn’t working on the brakes but the rotor is installed on the wrong side of the vehicle. I replaced my struts yesterday without removing my inner fender wells but it looks like it would make it easier to access the top of the struts. This is a good instructional video.

    Here’s my feedback:
My vehicle is a 2016 Cadillac Escalade with front shocks that were completely done to the point where the ride was so rough it felt like a Roman Charriot. It would bounce a lot too.
    1. The front shocks from 1AAuto worked on my vehicle.
    -no check engine lights
    -easy
    -plug and play
    2. The reason why she takes off the inside fender skirts is because her vehicle is on a lift.
If you’re doing this in your garage, just pop the hood and you’ll have easy access to the top 3 bolts.
    3. The shocks fixed all my issues and you can tell a huge difference.
    4. The only issue I did have was needing an extra hand to help me position the shocks while I pull the control arms down.
I’ll try to remember 6 months from now to give an update on how the shocks are holding up

Great video! Love also that was a female that did the work. I am a female and can’t afford to go to shop so I have to figure it out on my own.

Guys no need to take the fender liner off , also a 18 mm wretched wrench works better , this are aftermarket struts the ride won’t feel as the OEM ones so u get what u paid

I just installed these yesterday on my 2015 Yukon Denali. The ride quality still hasn’t improved. I don’t have a service suspension light on the dash but the the ride quality is the same as with the busted struts. What do you think is wrong?

Buyer beware. I replaced my struts on my 2016 Yukon Denali with TRQ struts with magnetic ride. For some reason, the front struts seem to bounce a lot while driving. I noticed the spring coils on the TRQ are much thicker than stock. Honestly, I haven't been happy with them. I am not sure what to do. I think I am going to have to bite the bullet on the money paid for the install and send them back. If someone has any suggestions, I sure would appreciate it.

Are your TRQ struts for the magnaride and do they have the magneto-rheological fluid in them.

Are these Magnaride? How long will they last? I have had a 2016 and 2020 escalade ESV and the OEM struts seized on both at 70-80k miles

Is there a switch that needs to be turned off before removing strut?

Why didn't you remove that large sticky tag from the top of the strut?
