I made an order and forgot to not only add my subcage but also forgot to use my discount coupon...
these guys (one in particular i forgot to grab a name) were able to not only add a subcage of the same color to my order
and simply charge me the difference, while also ensuring that the discount code was applied after the change and a reimbursement
