Impaktech Install Perfect Fit (Ninja and Z Models)

This is an install video for the Impaktech Cage for Ninjas and Z models of Kawasaki. This video describes the fundamentals on installing whilst giving tips and tricks to think about. WATCH OR SKIP THROUGH THE ENTIRE VIDEO. If you just blow through it then you're going to have a hard time. This install video is top to bottom going to be the best you've ever seen. Invest the 11 minutes because it was save you time and heartache. zx4r, zx6r, zx10r, ninja 300, ninja 400, ninja 650, z400, z650, z1000 it will all be very very similar in principle.

Hey did you have to cut anything on your Z650? I have a 2023 model. I’m considering getting cages but now I’m worried if I have to cut anything.

@@Germanz6 do you have any issues with your shin hitting the impaktech when you shift at all? I am seeing a couple comments about that regarding the z400. I have a 2022 z650 but am hesitant in ordering.

I've been trying to instal my crash cage on my Z400 but having an issue with my shins bumping the cage every time I go to shift.... Did you run into this issue at all? I see you've got aftermarket rear sets. Is that going to be pretty much my only solution? If so, what rearsets do you run?

I've been thinking of getting one for my ZX400, but I have to cut the fairings, but should I order new ones to save the old ones?

I have the crash cage but it covers the oil filter on my zx6r i took to get oil change at my local dealer and I don’t think they changed the filter cuz the cage was there do u have ways to do this with a special tool or something?
