The deidcation to how long the fried Eggrise is roasted is amazing. Only downer are the Prawns. For my tasting the need to be fried with spices upfront to get them crispy. I dont like them like that because they gettin kind of jellyesk. But that is just my taste.
The best chinese food I've ever had was at a buffet(Not the average cheap buffet) in Mississauga,Ontario,Canada,On Dixie Road on the way to Toronto's Int Airport.Chinese Food Indian style buffet..Indian food is SUPERRR,Punjabi is the bomb to my liking.

a good amount of oil can prevent the fried rice from sticking, I guess.

I like watching the so many different ways to make fried rice. It makes me feel like I can’t ruin the dish if I don’t make it a certain order.
I just bought a medium-size wok and can't wait to make my first rice dish. I love shrimp so I think this will be it.
