20年前在聖米納諾巫婆店偶然認識老闆(雖然他應該不記得我因為當時很少聊到天),知道他在六合夜市賣土魠魚羹去吃過幾次,品質一直都穩定也不錯,重點是他們店用的是真正土魠魚去做的,跟坊間一些假土魠魚(比方用鬼頭刀仿冒)好多了!真材實料!
沒想到老闆現在也開始賣鐵板炒飯了!看來有空要再去六合夜市走走吃個飯啦😂

炒飯高手不會加醬油,才能吃出米飯的真正香味。加了醬油只是想掩飾米粒品質不夠好的伎倆,廚師高手炒飯絕不加醬油。

コロナ前から年1〜2回は高雄に行ってるのでココは六合夜市の名物店で賑わってますが日本人好みの炒飯ではないです(パラパラではなくインディカ米のパサパサ炒飯)
炒飯なら大通りから入って30〜50m先の右側に有る炒飯専門店が日本人好みでオススメです
※イートインのテーブルが1席有り待ってる間、高火力で鉄鍋降ってるトコ撮影できます
