I have traveling abroad on my bucket list. I would love to visit Thailand so soak up the culture and beauty. This man is the most amazing culinary magician as he takes simple ingredients and creates amazing dishes. He has the cleanest and most organized kitchenette set up. The time he puts in to everything he makes is phenomenal! 😋😋😋

The delicate balance between the meats and greens is brought out very well. I watched all ten minutes spellbound. Greetings, love and regards from a foodie in India.

It's me from Louisiana, USA. This is like a food cart in the US. I watched closely, he is clean. I keep my home very clean, so I respect it. People must know him, it looks like he got customers really quickly. My mom used to say - "You don't need to possess a bunch in this life, but what you DO possess - keep it clean." I know nothing about Thai food, but it looks good. I'm really careful of food I eat in other countries.
most of those eggs are still raw, not cooked at all. That can be a health issue as we see so many food warnings: consuming raw uncooked eggs is not good. This man is working so hard on his feet all day inhaling exhaust fumes from the cars. No face covering is going to keep most of those fumes out. I wish him well and great success.,
@@roxannegordon2854 Raw eggs are not "bad" the salmonella actually comes from the shell so as long as the shells are clean and not in hot for too long they are fine
I've lived in Thailand for about 30 years and counting and I often had semi-cooked, slightly fried, and half-boiled eggs, haven’t gotten salmonella yet.

Went to Thailand for vacay and I got to say they had the best street food of any place in the world I've ever been. Italy was top notch also.
