I’ve been looking for a real to use here on the east coast off my jetski as week. He mentioned the mx he uses for trolling of his ski? Is that the best model for that? I will be targeting smaller tuna, mahi and large stripped bass.
A better option would probably be the AVET LX6.0 MC G2 SGL SPD BLACK. Let us know if you would like to get one of our team members to give you a call and you they can discuss all the differences...
So the latest model is the Star Drag range which launched recently but the rest are the latest editions of the ranges available. Regarding colours, there are generally 9 colours across the ranges but in the Star drag range there's 4 and on the Bigger Reels the colours may vary between 4 & 5 colours...
@@alfienator5972 no product is gonna satisfy everyone. Avets are descent my only gripe about them is the clicker isn't really loud and very hard to get parts for
@@alfienator5972 , While they clearly don't have the refinement or precision feel of a Shimano or Daiwa lever drag I wouldn't call them garbage at all. I bought my Avet LX because I needed a bigger reel in a left handed version. My LX 6/3 has held up for 10 years without issue and while the drag is fantastic I will say that some of it looks and feels kind of cheap. There is none of the precision feel that I get with my Shimano Conquests or Daiwa Saltigas. All of these are supremely powerful but the unreal smoothness of my Shimanos and Daiwas make cranking in fish way more effortless. This obviously doesn't have anything to do with it being a lever drag since what I'm feeling on the retrieve are the gears doing their thing. I'm wondering if they added some refinement to these with their G2 and Raptor variants.
Awesome Video!!!
