परिवहन में समावेशिता और पहुंच को बढ़ावा देने के प्रयास में, सरकार ने 2024 से दिव्यांगजनों (विकलांग व्यक्तियों) के वाहनों के लिए FASTag शुल्क में छूट की घोषणा की है।
विकलांग व्यक्तियों को अब राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नेटवर्क पर टोल-मुक्त यात्रा का आनंद मिलेगा, उनके नाम से पंजीकृत वाहनों को टोल शुल्क से छूट मिलेगी। इस लाभ का उठाने के लिए, विकलांग व्यक्तियों (Divyangjan को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (NHI) से "शून्य लेनदेन" या "Free FASTag" प्राप्त करना होगा। पहले, केवल शारीरिक रूप से विकलांगों द्वारा उपयोग किए जाने वाले अनुकूलित वाहनों को भारत में टोल टैक्स से छूट दी गई थी। इन छूटों से बड़ी संख्या में दिव्यांगजनों को महत्वपूर्ण राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है और एनएचएआई ने टोल प्लाजा पर उपयोगकर्ता शुल्क के संग्रह को स्थगित करने का भी फैसला किया है।
Adepted vehicle is enough for free fast tag or Divangjan word is very important on RC book.
Divyangajan word is really required for getting FasTag, else no

They are asking for haryana govt letter for divyangjan ownership and not giving attention to advisory dated feb 2023 of morth for divyangjan rc

Sir i have attached my divyang certificate while purchasing old car.
Also requested at rto to add divyangjan in my rc at the time of fee payment
But rto has not added divyangjan in my rc and instead issued normal rc

Old car ke liye discount nehin mileage but Divyangjan RC Jina chahiye.
Just show your Divyangajan Documents & guidelines about Divyangjan RC.
Many RTOs don't know about this process.
So raise your voice and guide them.
If required directly meet RTO.

Jinke naam pe certificate hoga unki naam pe hoga . certificate or baki sare documents genuine hona chahiye. Physical Verification hota he

Hi i have applied for Fastag but rejected, My RC is registred as Adapted Vehicle, i have re registred ownership as Divyangjan but it does not printed on the rc as divyangjan what should i do
Divyangajan should write the side of your name is mandatory. It should written by the RTO personnel at the time of registration or modifying the RC.

Sir I have also applied for exempted fastag it approved by RO but approval pending for co division NHAI from 1 November2023 to till todays ie 16.5.2024. I wrote mailed four time but no reply received...... What I have to do now
Visit their office directly and ask about the issue, why they hold so many months and let me know.

Sir maine fastag keliye apply kiya tha, muze RO MUMBAI se call ayaa tha ki aapko car ko office me le jana padega pr Mumbai 400km dur hai mere ghar se , to bina car le jake fastag kaise milega muze ? Aur NHAI office ne kaha ki aapko purana fastag close karna padega tabhi aapka new fastag milega.
Aap ko car leke jana padega, nehin to FasTag nehin dengue. Bcz FasTag Gadi ke sath registered hua hai.
& old Fast tag aap Aise hi nikal dijiye, koie problem nehin hoga

I am talking about Divyangjan RC.
I am not asking about a Driving License.
Not required to drive a car.
For Exempted FasTag you need a DIvyabgjan RC.
But Make Sure
the vehicle registration should be in your name .

I have UDID card and wish to apply for GST concession, But I couldn't register as dialog as Adhaar did not exist appearing. I have valid Adhhar card, but couldn't register in portal. Please guide me in registration.
Do one thing,
Try to register with a different mail ID & do it perfectly.
Put the exact Aadhar card whose Mobile number is mapping with that Aadhar & let me know here
