आज हम जानेंगे, शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग व्यक्ति को कार खरीदने के लिए क्या छूट मिल सकता है जीएसटी और सेस छूट के बारे में 2023/24. जीएसटी रियायत किया है. इसके लिए कुछ नियम या कुछ दस्तावेजों की आवश्यकता है। तो आइये जानते हैं कैसे जीएसटी छूट प्रमाणपत्र मिल सकता है।
1- Any Orthopedic Physically Handicapped person who has a Permanent Physical Disability Certificate with a minimum of 40% and more than that can avail of the benefits of the scheme.
2 - This scheme is based on (Automatic or Manual) provided the vehicle length is less than 4 meters and the Engine Capacity is not more than 1200 CC (petrol, LPG, CNG). And 1500 CC (Diesel) only is eligible for purchase under the scheme.
3 - A person availing this certificate will have to pay 18% GST & no cess instead of 28% GST & applicable cess on the purchase of the car.
4 - this GST Concession certificate you have to apply before buying the car.
If you have already purchased the car and are seeking GST Concession then this will not be possible. Because this is a process that you have to do before purchasing the car. To apply dhigecs.heavyi....
5 - Certificate is issued within one month of completion of the application
in all respects. You will experience within a week.
6 - According to the earlier rule, it was valid for 3 months, but now the validity of the GST Concession Certificate has been increased to 6 months.

First of all, there is Zero cost for Electric Vehicle registration at RTO in India for everybody.
2ndly the GST Cost for Purchasing an Electric Vehicle in India is only 5 %.

Yes agar aap Divyangjan hai,
40% above aap ki disability hai than aap agar vehicle purchase karte hein oh INVALID CARRIAGE mein aayega. RTO kabhi bhi mana nehin karenge. Or yeh gadi purchase ke time mein dealer yeh sare documentation & registration karake denge.
Note that : Vehicle should not use in commercial purposes .

GST discount ke liye car ka price jitna bhi hone se koie problem nehin hai. Only you have to check that car length should under 4 meter & diesel engine should not more than 1500cc , petrol engines should not more than 1200 cc.

Maruti Suzuki Breeza is a 1466 CC Petrol Engine so GST Concession is not applicable.
The petrol engine should be under 4 Meters long & Max 1200 CC.
Diesel Engines should be under 4 Meters in Length & Max 1500 CC.

1. Kya visually impaired person bhi apply kar sakta hai GST concession ke liye? If yes, to RTO me vehicle 'LMV' category me register hoga ya 'Adapted' category me because maine suna hai ki registration discount sirf 'Adapted' register karane pe hi milta hai.
2. 'Adopted' registered vehicle ko non-handicapped person bhi drive kar sakta hai kya kyunki anyways blind person to drive ni kar payega, usko ya to driver drive karega ya koi family person?
3. Agar blind certificate state 'A' state me bana ho, kya car state 'B' se buy and register ki ja sakti hai ya 'A' state se hi leni and register karani padegi?

Hello sir. My dad got the certificate and went to thr dealer. The dealers are not aware of this scheme and are harrasing my father and not giving care since a year. The certificate got expired and i applied for extension of this certificate and got it but dealer does not know the process. Now i am helpless. Can you please tell me what is the processs and how dealer can avail us the car. Even MHI has not clearly mentioned steps on how to buy the car or what dealer should do for us in this type of cases.
