As much as I loathe Meyer for his scandalous ways (also for always beating us - Michigan lol) when he talks, you listen as he does have a genius mind for coaching
That was by far the most interesting pre game show I've seen....nobody give a dang about all these talking heads predictions, get some ballers and great coaches on the field and show us what they're doing behind scenes, great job
This show is FAR superior to ESPN game day!

Tim L, his OSU teams have been loaded. He was normally #2 or #3. 💡
The midwest is tough for recruiting, a lot of tough programs in a smaller area. Saban has his pick of the southeast, except for two states.

Norman Gerbschmidt they were excellent in college though so them analyzing college football makes sense. If they were talking NFL then I would have a problem.

Urban to Fox has had the same effect as Urban to any team he's coached. People loooooooooove his coverage and insight.
People are starve for in-depth coverage. ESPN is about creating Drama with all these talk shows. So good on fox for doing this it's a welcome change.
Coach Urban is a fantastic man, with a great IQ for the game. I got the chance to meet him when he and some of the OSU players were visiting YSU(Youngstown State University) football program because they do a lot of recruiting from there. One of the coolest and most well spoken, but also humble people I've ever met for sure and awesome at stuff like this.

There’s also the long arm, post arm, rips, and swims, the get off (which they touched on) which is probably the most important and then what to do in run. Obviously he can’t go into that much detail. Was saying that this stuff he mentioned is nothing that they haven’t been teaching for years

People don’t understand that it doesn’t matter who the coach is, the talent will speak for its self. The Best recruiter has the best team. Coaches are glorified too often.
You have to remember that these are college kids and it can be hard to keep them consistent. That’s one of the biggest responsibilities of the coaches which is harder than it sounds.
Robbie Tobin Of course, they are useful. But the magic is in the recruiting and marketing and of course the talent. These kids were great before Ohio state recruited them

Coach Urban's 4 steps to college coaching: 1) get high profile job at school with immense recruiting power 2) get bored of that job 3) pretend you're "sick" and "retire" 4) rinse and repeat.

The game sports announcers need to be impartial. The sports announcer is calling the Ohio state Wisconsin Badgers game we're not impartial. The way the sports announcers called the game made me feel bad, sad, upset. I will never watch another Fox 6 college football game again.
What made you feel like they were impartial?
@@flyt4880 Because they weren't hyping up Wisconsin. If one team is dominating the other, then the announcers are gonna be surprised and talk about to good performances. Cannot really say Wisconsin was doing anything great. I do remember them saying quite a bit about the badgers though.

38-7. If one team dominates, there's no need to talk about the loser as if they were equal to the winner. This was #3 (#1 truly) vs #13. Again, no need to expect or treat #13 as if they were #4 or #2.
