Here's some Information for y'all
The PNR At-Grade Line are only been Closed to Make way for the Construction of NSCR, But it will return once the Construction was Finished for PNR's Long Haul Passenger Service and Freight Services
Whoever said that PNR will be Closed forever is a Lier, PNR states themselves that the Closure is only Temporary

@@tonyfalcon8041 The Closure is Only Temporary, PNR will Return their Tracks here in Manila once the NSCR Project was Completed
@@CycloneProductions22 More like PNR will reconstruct its at-grade line in Manila after. They might no longer need the current railroad ties as the future at-grade rail will be on standard gauge. They could bring back a couple of regauged inka sets for at grade operations but I dont think the EMU's and other older rollingstock would still be viable for regauging 5+ years from now

PNR Doesn't tell if the At-Grade will be Retaining it's Narrow Gauge Tracks or Re-Gauging them to Standard Gauge Tracks or just make the line a Dual Gauge Line

@@CycloneProductions22 It will depend on pnr but is per recommendation of NEDA that all future railways will be on standard. Remember that all long haul lines and future freight lines towards north and south of manila were all planned in that gauge, these two would be the main purposes under the comeback of at grade operations in manila. Even some current locomotives were being planned to be regauged to be used as shunters and maintenance runners soon for SLH
May i suggest to PNR Mgt. to give Paco station to the private sector to rehabiliitate. It can be given to SM , DMCI, or Robinsons. they may convert it to a mall. After all SMC already built Skyway.

I do hope this too, we were the first who had train system in the Southeast Asia, now we are behind the other countries.
