This is my favorite Reach trailer. I think it really captures the disaster of Reach. Opening on Reach pre invasion. Then confusion. Then terror. And as it moves you see Reach get more and more destroyed and it ends with Reach being glassed. Reach is probably my favorite of the games. It’s tied with 3 as my favorite. The story is just incredible.
Reach is definitely my favorite. I think it had the strongest story, and gameplay wise, I liked the armor mods (jetpack for life) and the elimination of dual wield, because dual wield broke the classic "shoot grenade melee" gameplay loop
Damn, I remember this trailer dropping and everyone going nuts over it. The trailers following this are also good, but this one really encapsulates a lot of what I think the fans were expecting of Reach. Bungie's last Halo-hurrah and love letter to the gamers. Truly epic stuff. I almost forgot that the Reach multiplayer beta invite was included on the ODST-disk. Remember booting that up when it went live and having a blast on Swordbase. The new armor abilities really shook up the gameplay on that sort of vertical map.
I was a shotgun and pistol/BR/DMR guy since CE, and then they added the jetpack in Reach... I've never had as much fun in a competitive shooter as I did using the jetpack-shotty combo to ambush unsuspecting foes on Sword Base...
Hi there , for me who play halo since the beta of halo CE on pc , halo reach is just the greatest of all ! I think this game do halo stuff better and add the few more things halo needed : more characters , intrigues and a litle touch of Darkness 😍
Also not sure if you catch that but you can her Buck's voice here 4:19 cause if you remember Buck was in Reach and he kinda mentioned it in the last mission of Halo 3 ODST
@@The7DirtyWords yeah but the point is ODST released before Reach and in ODST he alluded to Reach and in Reach he has a small dialogue during a mission. (They even give you an achievement for it ) So it's obvious they brought him back for a few lines but now with his character from ODST
I think you should get him to react to the radio logs present in the multiplayer maps at some point (probably after you finish Halo Reach). They help with stuff happening on the ground and stuff only shown in the books otherwise, like the Red Team on reach, which was every Spartan 2 except John, Linda, and James, who were in orbit, and teams like Black, Gray, and the Red team from Halo Wars. @alexestrada767 they hasn't added him in as a character yet, Nathan Fillion has been voic8ng Halo Marines and background characters since 2007.
