I'm 56 I will tell you what does lift your breast with little effort. Im sure others do this as well. I started doing it bc I was beginning to not like my arms in sleeveless tops. Im sure push-ups work great but I'm too lazy. I started using my kitchen counter to work my arms out. I stand back as far as I can leaning forwsrd with my hands touching the counter, I then use my weight to do a "push off" I started doing about 20 a days (kinda like standing up planks) I can honestly say I saw a difference in my arms & especially the fleshy part where your arms & body meet. The added bonus was my breast getting firmer bc of the muscle she's talking about here. It works. I also began using the counter to lean on to do backward leg lifts. I bring my leg back & up. Start with 20 each leg & arm push off. Work your way to whatever ur comfortable with. It's amazing how something whivh takes so little effort gives results. No botox. Just 10 min of your time.
