    CHICKEN KATAKAT RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
    Boneless chicken coarsely chopped ½ kg
    Chili powder 2 tsp
    Ginger garlic 1 ½ tsp
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Tomatoes chopped 3
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Onion chopped 1 cup
    Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
    Clarified butter (Ghee) ½ cup
    Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
    Green chilies chopped 4
    Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
    Katakat masala 4 tbsp
    METHOD :
    Put ¼ cup water on a griddle or pan with ginger garlic paste, chicken cubes, salt, and chopped onion, cover, and cook for 10 mins, then add chopped tomatoes, ginger julienne, chili powder, and green chilies, again cover, and knead for 10 mins, open, add in clarified butter (ghee), yogurt, coriander leaves, katakat masala, dry fenugreek leaves, let it steam on low flame till oil comes on top, serve with nan.
