MUGHLAI CHICKEN MASALA WRITTEN RECIPE : Ingredients Chicken boneless ½ kg Yogurt ½ cup Lemon juice 2tbsp Tikka masala 2 tbsp Coal for smoke Oil ¼ cup Onion chopped 1 cup Tomatoes choppered 1 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 ½ tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Red chili flakes 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp Crushed cumin 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Cream ½ cup Ginger julienne for garnishing Green chilies chopped for garnishing Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing METHOD : Marinate chicken with ½ cup yogurt, lemon juice, tikka masala, and oil, mix well and marinate for 15 mins. Heat oil in a wok, add marinated chicken, cook until it changes color, add water, cover, and cook till chicken gets tender, give coal smoke, and keep aside. In a pan, heat oil, add onion, cook till soft, add ginger garlic paste, cook for 1 min, add choppered tomatoes, cook for 2-3 mins, add chili powder, turmeric, crushed red pepper, coriander, cumin, salt, black pepper, cook for 5 mins, add the prepared gravy, mix well, add ½ cup extra yogurt, cook for 5 mins, cover and cook for 5 mins, now add prepared chicken tikka, mix well, add cream, cook for 5 mins, garnish with ginger, coriander, green chilies and serve. #mughlaichicken #chickenmasala
