This movie deserved a lot more attention than it actually did. Has so many life lessons about success, chasing your dreams, rediscovering yourself, making peace with life, love, friendship et al. And Konkana is such a marvelous actor.
This is in my top five favourite films of all time. I have been the biggest fan of Zoya Akhtar's work, and now got to work with her in Gully Boy. Dream come true. Thank you Zoya ma'am! ❤
When I watch that movie, I feel the character of Vikram Jaisingh was based on SRK. I mean, the way he impressed Hemaji during the shooting of Dil Aashna Hai. And the movie which was made in Luck by Chance is the plot of Baazigar. From outsider to bollywood star. Its kind of inspired from SRK..
This is a very good movie...All actors in this movie did splendid job.. I wish i had seen this movie earlier...That time when it was released it didnt make so much collections..If it was released now definitely it would have crossed 100 crores easily..

the movie was ahead of its time, sometimes audience is chutia who didnt respect good movies and then crying like we want good content. i mean are you guys were sleeping on those days. why would producer waste his crore of money, instead he will add 2 item songs and will do masala movies. i am against nepokids but who cares.
