Reliable 14nm desktop aren't that bad... better than 8086 days. AMD athlon64 was revolutionary but still, facts that AMD tops cpu horsepower overall but Intel tops reliability as its same node for ~6 years. You know what you're getting...

I feel bad for the designers of the new logo and branding. They probably had great ideas that were all shut down by the board in favor of two squares for a logo. Also your 'energy blue' doesn't give white text enough contrast. Check your channel icon - I can barely read 'Intel'. Oh yeah, and the jingle sucks, definitely something you guys should have left the way it was.
