When engineers take on acting roles.
I love the presentation of this - it makes me feel like I'm in 1995!
xd
4 years later it went from nerdy to nerdy-hip. Good job Intel. Science is sexy.
Even I could understand how chips work now. Thank you for speaking so slowly and clearly.
Somewhat corny but definitely helpful. Thanks Intel!
I wish they would make the memory cards much bigger for the videos and cameras. that would be so nice. Thank you guys for this amassing technology any way.
"No transistors were harmed in the making of this video." wow, these intel guys must love their transistors alot!
WOW! The Graphic!
My grandmother said the same thing, she found it adorably funny. Her weekly bridge partner too.
Grandma's sure know "funny" when they hear it.
Me in the 11th generation:
This is small??
Loving my Broadwell Arch Core i7 on my laptop
As long as you discover a Closed Loop Nitrogen cooling unit that would be possible or even advisable.
wow.. those processors has a built in games... amazing...
Lol! No transistors were harmed. Good one Intel.
"no transistors were harmed in the making of this video"
Dope presentation
Watching this at a time, is using 7Nm structures
Very true, I guess I'm just kinda annoyed that Intel isn't bringing 22nm to socket 2011 anytime soon, (Or so I heard) Because on that big of a cpu it could make a HUGE difference!
Love it when Intel is still humorous
I completely agree!
LoL, no transistors were harmed! :D
no transistors are harmed during the making of video lols...intel is the best
They might give more options in the future like they did with Sandy Bridge. They sell some Sandy Bridge i5s without the integrated graphics. The i5-2380P, the i5-2450P, as well as the unlocked i5-2550K. They will hopefully (and most likely) do the same with Ivy Bridge.
Its like Inception .. a processor inside a processor
"No transistors were harmed during this video." < epic
No transistors were harmed but two people were put down by the military after being enlarged by an Intel Shrink Ray accident.
0:55
best part of the whole thing
No transistors were harmed in the making of this video lol
"I love what you did with my transistors" ?!?!?!?!?!?! LOOOL
thats cool now i know what actually goes on in my cpu :)
Their 4000 series graphics on their IB processors are actually decent, it makes these processors more mainstream. You can run BF3, and most other new games at moderate settings without a dedicated gpu off of an i7-3770k @720p. Coming from someone who uses a GTX580 though, I wouldn't mind them ditching the built in graphics.
YES THANK YOU!!!
Welcome?
Intel you are just such a special company!!
Intel should do a play list these style vids. It makes cpu design less boring for the average joe.
And they should put in animation in the key word or that guys name in the key words.
Awesome vid :)
@4:00 "it's PCIe express 3.0, look at those fat pipes" lol
It feels weird to see that i486 as the power regulator when I have the DX version mounted on my wall...
that's a great idea, but they should only do that on the high end models, because the low end ones still need integrated graphics.
Make a 4D Tranzistor incease power
Thanks for you V 💐
I love when it show gpu and games run at 20fps...
Excellent !
still love my sandy bridge core i5
+chris chrothered still love my nehalem core i5
the Intel Core 2 quad is nice for me
I love Intel
I like how this video looked, kinda corny but fun to watch and I learned a little something about this 3rd gen core i5 processor in my chromebook pixel. Pretty neat stuff!
Warren McClure wait, 3rd gen in a NEW chrome book?
My laptop (2014, Acer VN7-591G-51CY) has an 4th gen and the latest is 7th gen....
Got to love INTEL🤗
I wish they used theStar Trek elevator instead of the voyage !!
I suppose this video was the result of the combination of an informative video of Intel's new CPU and a children's tv show?
WOW,Core Road~
2020 anyone?
When your competition's making mistakes and you're 2 to 3 generations ahead of it, you can afford to make a 90's-quality infomercial.
God, it felt like I was looking at an Office '97 or Windows 95 ad.
Humans, they make amazing things
high overclock temps :(
The acting is hilariously cheesy while the rendering is absolutely beautiful.
Intel in lack of competition was used to give us pipette performance at high prices ...
Hopefully zen will put an end to that.
I
0:52 most unexpressive "That is awesome" ive ever heard
I love this moment
This clip is full of geekiness and cheeseiness!!!! Lovin it!!! :D
if only my engineering class is as interesting as this, or better, i would no longer have to study in a f up place and stay forever
Ivy Bridge was released on my birthday!!!!!!!!
no phone uses Intel processors, but the newest generation Atom CPUs could be powering future smartphones
I am still using Pentium 4 HT ;-)
Sucks being a 3rd worlder, huh?
Man..i want to work in Intel :)
Hello world
We will be there for you with more then technology, understanding, and everything else in my head!.
Best ad ever!
Do we actully need security features build on the dye?
TheNevermind13jetGuy yes
Intel: We don't have time for exacts, we ballpark it.
- What I got out of this video
Great video
I could, but still, in my opinion integrated graphics should have their own series with identical specs as other cpus but with the graphics built in...
woww amazing
I love your technology
intel has come so far since the pentium!
great great .... i believe my life style will drastically improve, my productivity will rise.
Sooo awkward but I love it.
I lol'd when I seen a "intel" presentation using a "iphone" -.-
Definitely they need a GPU for more good CGI 😂😂
He guys,
Book my ticket for your next trip!
Great
Did you even watch the video? It is so much faster!! 8 vitualised cores. Better graphics. better security. Better cache. New turbo boost. And other major changes. it is smaller yet more powerful
lol the acting is Great! addin to fav
true. dream job
So this is the original matrix movie!
the 8150 was actually 1 yr behind. t''was to compete with the first gen cores.
Will it blend? That is the question.
This was funny in a geeky sort of way. Also, I agree with HunterEisenberg.
lol "look at those fat pipes!"
wow !!!!!
Overclocking potential of ivy-bridge is low, even when under nitrogen it's a shame
You have to realise that laptops particularly ultrtavooks will need the good integrated chip.
XOLO x900. Look it up. It's the very same phone used in THIS video.
This cant beat IBM's Quantum processing
i think i see lag? @ 4:52
LOL at the acting.
Wait is this guy related to the scientist that made the Bohr electron model?
If so, it seems being a smartypants is hereditary
HAH. This is an instant classic!
Oh intel
this is the good cheese lol
ha. fantastic voyage reference.
looks like one of the ships from star trek
haha these videos are so cheesy i love them xD
Well intel! i still believe it would have been much better if you just packed more CPU cores into the die instead of an IGP.
they use the "A#" proccesors
