I think Ash would be perfect. If a portal just went a little bit farther, she could hold two tactical at once, and hold the tactical, well holding a gun or a heel.

Definitely needing some Ash love here as an Ash main. Her ultimate needs to be better -- hell, even if they decide to not do anything about the distance (which could be slightly improved, to be fair), just fixing the interaction it has on level geometry would make a MASSIVE difference. I also think that her tactical should be slightly buffed by either tightening the range of which enemies can move (from 4m radius to 3m radius, which would make a huge difference) or just leaving the distance as it is and providing a second, non-stackable charge.

I actually picked up Ash a bit ago, dropped her for Mad Maggie and then ended up going back to Ash when playing ranked with a few friends of mine. My overall skill as a player is quite a bit higher compared to the first time I played her and I've found that the mobility in really frantic endgames with minimal risk with her ulti is really nice (....... when it actually works).
I've been playing Fuse lately and leveraging him in the same way I used to with Mad Maggie, and it's been mad fun too. I'm just hoping that they actually give Ash a bit more love because yeah, she's definitely one of the worst legends in the game, I think.

@@felipez3115 As someone who is reasonably proficient with a good majority of characters, it's pretty hard to not justify Ash in the bottom echelon of characters. Her passive of viewing death boxes on the minimap is nice, but I never use the second passive -- why on earth would I want to tell enemies where I am if they're close enough to consider fighting?
Her tactical isn't effective enough; the capturing of the snare leaves targeted players with too much movement range (a 4 meter radius is quite large) and if they are within range of cover, you've burned your utility for nothing. There should probably be a very brief stun on contact (0.5s) if they're going to leave the range as is.
The ultimate isn't bad, but it absolutely BLOWS at snapping where you want it to. As someone who mains Ash, it's one of the most frustrating things to deal with, knowing you have an idea for an escape route or an attack point and it ends up completely where you don't want it.
The other thing is that Ash's phase breach ultimate has too much counter play. Wraith gets to fully control start and end points safely, but Ash has to actually look and find a waypoint to go, and there's zero choice in the manner once you do. An honestly neat buff would be to allow Ash to create the phase breach without having to cross in upon locking the destination. It provides some good play in the event that Ash acts as a transportation agent but not necessarily as the first person who goes in.
She also feels a bit clunky as a character compared to others but that's a placebo, heh
It might not actually be like this because in the catalyst trailer caustic and Wattson were stuck in the ferro fluid and couldn’t get out.

The thing is, Ashe's passive is PERFECT for coordinated play lol. That being said, she doesn't get used cause her base kit is underwhelming in aspects. She is meant to be this assassin but you can hardly use her kit to do so. I think two charges to the Arc Snare would be AMAZING and increasing travel size/maybe lowing ult CD (the best use of Ashe i saw was a Pro team engaging from high ground to finish a team off then using her ult to get right back up) would also be great but she needs some tuning. Her kit in nature isn't that oppressive, and the Assault Passive def helps her (since you can probably carry nades to combo with arc) but some slight buffs would def up her viability without being oppressive.

The way it is shown (all in a line) makes it seem like you set it down as a wall vs launching a projectile. They might balance it around taking longer to set up/having shorter range than ash's snare, alternatively they could be reworking the snare to be like the rev skull grenades where it tracks you down but can be shot.
Ash is by far the most underrated legend in the game. She has a great tactical and amazing passive. She just needs her ultimate to go further
As a ash main this is so infuriating, her ability is so much better than ash >:(. My girl ash needs more love, even a rework? But too be honest she does indeed need more love, please respawn buff my girl, plus saying ash was kinda useless kinda hurt me, Bobz 😢

1)They need to buff Ash by making her tactical receive 8-10sec CD reduction if you bind someone successfully nor 2)make the snare bind more than 1 enemy and increase bind time if more people get caught
3)make her ultimate activate faster(takes too long with the draw and slash animations) and exactly where you point it(even mid air if you wish) and automatically furthest away instead of bugging 5meters ahead to no cover
the tactical is a bit much, your pretty much gave a horizon ult as a tactical with a cd reduction
but the ult is fair, it does take a while and god the terrain reg is horrid
I mean the CD is 22sec for something that has not much value, if we could atleast use it more frequently to get more value out of it especially when rewarded for success then it could atleast be more useful@@clxckb4it340

the monarch siphon does slow down enemies when hit by it. maybe its like that
ive noticed the devs gives some new characters abilities that are similar to older characters and it drives me crazy
I think this is how cave the leaked legend is coming out because cave can phase through walls and ash was originally supposed to do that so maybe ash will be reborn with cave
It got me a little excited because this could mean ash gets buffs or something. I just want a few things
-Her passive to ping fresh deathboxes within 75 meters of her & give a map room type scan on surviving attackers when using your data knife
-Tactical to be 1 handed, last longer on surfaces (7s to 10s) and be 1 meter tighter. (Tip for any ash players when you have a snare sitting on a surface, you know acting like a deterrent & someone gets caught in it, the radius increases to 5 meters from 4, so yeah that sucks.)
Ult: 73 meters, draw speed increased, enter portal immediately & can turn camera while in the void.
Nothing is more satisfying than snaring a Horizon with Ash
I think something that would be an interesting change for ash would be giving her 2 arc snares and then the ability to charge it up so you shoot both to stun and snare 2 people at once and for her ult they must just increase the range and the speed because holy it's slow and it goes basically no where
That would be cool to see Legends gets reworks live revenant and go in deeper with there lore. But I do think they should give other characters more screen time like ash, vantage, Wattson and crypto if they can sam go with the other's.
As a ashe main I hope to see some buffs or a complete rework
Her ultimate does that for 1 and it doesn’t keep a person within the area it’s like a Watson fence still able to walk but slowly
We dont know yet if Conduits ability deals damage(seems not).Also holding someone in place and slowing someone down is not the same.

I think if they give the port some more range, rework the targeting were good. I wish we had more of a reason to use it aggressively, I wish u could use it once, and u get a small window to knock somebody, then it’ll recharge and ur allowed to use it again (also on a small window). I think she would feel like more of an assassin then.
My teammates get somebody low, I port in try and get the knock, and if I do. I have another small opportunity to port out,

I think the abilities are misrepresented. Look at the cripto trailer and his ultimated, wouldnt have guessed that it was a giant emp ball
Ash should get her ultimate buffed to doing 50 base damage and if enemy dies it is instantly refreshed and her tactical instead of snare itll just be a arc star with its regular cooldown.
We should have an ash reborn that makes her actually play like a ronin titan instead of like a northstar
Ashes port needs to go farther and her snare should actually keep the enemies in place more
Love playing ash but she needs a buff... two tacticals and rework the damn teleport, I end up teleporting to the wrong place so many times in fights because I move slightly and the markers goes down or up or whatever
Imagine if Ash’s tactical was changed to something like mad Maggie’s drill but instead of damage, it would teleport enemies to a spot you shot before hitting the enemy cover with the teleport.
So basically shoot a spot which sets a way point (with the tactical, kinda like a part 1), then drill the enemies cover with the tactical and it would teleport them to the set spot (part 2)
It may be annoying in a long term sense but it’s an idea to make her not useless.
I am not sure if you fully get how over powered that would make her lmaooo
Imagine, Olympus you pre set it to teleport on the side of the map or one of it’s holes and then boom instant Eliminated as soon as some one gets snared.
She would see a 800% increase in pick rates😅
Conduit's is an ult. Her tactical is to restore shields to her allies.
I always say this, sword arc tactical on ash, even tho I believe her tactical is fine as an engage/disengage tool
You should not always think that abilities will work ingame like in the Trailer. Best example would be Catalyst. In the Season 15 Launch Trailer her Trap does a completely different thing
As an Ash main since season 11 and a soon-to-be Conduit Main because Ive been waiting for her since the original leak a year ago I do think that Ash deserves some love. Just for the love of God please give her snare the off hand treatment please. its not even the second charge just make it so you can use it while healing and aiming that would even be in character with Ash being so proficient and efficient with everything she does. The Ult just needs some tweaks and maybe buff the range a little but the only thing Im really asking is off hand for the Arc Snare
Honestly ash would be in a much better spot if they just made the snare an off hand ability, its the buff I expected them to give her when her heirloom dropped but of course we didn't get that
Not sure if someone pointed it out already but Ash is a pilot in Titanfall and probably destroyed shit Conduit cared about.
All Ash really needs is her snare to do some additional status. Disarm, a stronger slow, intermittent and quick stuns and it would be fine.
As for her ult its so hit or miss to use, if you could justnuse it in the air/not needing a set point, it would fix most the issues

I have almost 10k kills on ash, and seeing conduit getting a better tac is just frustrating. Ash has been off meta ever since she came out. Really would like to see her get some significant buffs.

I think this is just misrepresentation, in catalyst’s launch trailer her tactical stuck Maggie and fuze to the ground and held them in place, and it’s never done that in game.

Rework Ash's tactical to just explode as an arc grenade a couple seconds after snaring someone
So apparently her ultimate freezes and takes shield away from enemies and gives it to you and your team mates
make ashes tactical her ultimate, but its shorter distance and goes a way really quick (good movement)
make her ultimate the same as Ronin from titanfall or like vantage, she can throw an arc swipe that damages and slows enemies. (3 charge max)

i'd rather go back and stop titanfall from existing than have it turn into this. it's over. the frontier has fallen.
If they change her tactical it would make sense. Her 2 other kit is fine to be honest (except how irresponsive her Ult is sometimes). Otherwise, maybe a better or revise tactical is what she needs.
first, i feel like respawn really could have done better with conduits backstory and everything, it feels really weak. in the season trailer she literally reminds me of a disney princess, and it feels like conduit acts too childish for her age.
second, in the backstory vid, we saw her and her friends basically cosplaying as some other legends, and right after that conduit went to the radioactive thingy and supposedly got her powers from that. i get that she liked ash but it literally feels like shes trying to copycat ash and erase ash from the picture, especially when conduit said "its my turn now" or something like that before touching the radioactive core.
third, its completely unrealistic. i get video game physics but the radioactivity from that titan core should have hurt conduit someway somehow and just doesnt feel right. a person shouldnt be able to just touch something radioactive and expect to get powers from it either. let alone walk up to it without feeling some kind of side affect.
with other legends backstories, they seem much more realistic and interesting to the point you want to follow them. conduits backstory and everything just seems dry and empty and just not that interesting like the others..
and fourth, conduit has no correlation to the other legends than being a new person making friends with gibby and mirage, irritating revenant about the musical number, and mowing down everyone in the trailer like butter.
I have made over 80 OC's and to be honest i could have created a better backstory than what respawn gave us for conduit..
my rating for her is a 2/10. the only things i like about her is the song she gave in the trailer cuz tbh it was kinda fire, and her design partly.

i never liked ashes tac, they said (we made it based off her titan) but the ronin doesnt even have anything related to that ^-^ hope she gets a cooler rework
Ok here me out, but I have a feeling this is her ultimate. I think her passive is being faster away from teamates, her tactical is the energy transfer thing, and this is her ultimate where she fires titan batteries that stop enemy movement.

Im an Ash main and i hate to see her being pushed further and further down. Her tactical buff was nice when her heirloom came out but now its kind of irrelevant. Hwr portal need a little range buff and it definitely needs work with where you point it, i hate using the portal just to mess it up and go 3 feet in front of me.

For a movement game, they sure are IN LOVE with abilities that nullify that part of it.
TBF if you're hit by a snare or wattson wall it is usually your own fault. One moves 2 MPH and the other is a loud and very visible wall

i think conduit will be a problem because of her passive to make run 40% faster, movement players will join a trios game and play because of the speed boost
from a game design standpoint I think its okay to have characters with overlapping abilities like this. It's fine for conduit's ultimate to be a better version of another characters tactical. I'd rather see them be a bit more creative and make abilities unique instead of "oh its just a stronger version of another characters normal ability" but its fine. I dont think it obsoletes ash's ability to immobilize enemies in the same way that we have 3 legends that are all built around scanning enemies that are able to coexist because of the other utilities they bring to the table. In this comparison ash offers mobility and tactical information from her ult and passive, and conduit offers more defensive and supportive abilities in exchange for a stronger immobilizing version of ash's tactical. Will she be better and more useful than ash? Maybe, from the looks of it probably, but its not because she "stole ashe's ability"

I want Ash to have 2 charges of instant, short range, strafe phasing as her Tacitcal that she can pop while firing and healing. Forget Arc Snare, it's poo. If they gave her that as an Ash Reborn tactical, I don't think people would even care about her passive. That and a longer distance Ult, she'd be great.
Ash snare is cool but pointless in 99% of situations. Unless they give her two snares and make it more restrictive just scrap it entirely. Her passive is fun In pubs to find fights but useless in ranked/comp. Portal is the best part of her kit but it needs to go further. If they won’t do these buffs she needs a complete rework
If they do give ash a rework with her character that should give her an actual ability like her titan (Ronin) and not a arc trap that's an ability of a completely different titan(northstar's teacher trap that does the same as Ash's tactical). maybe give her a ability like with her titan's tactical where she could make a trail of lightning in front of her like her titan does that could disorient the screen for a bit.
The arc wave with the sword, with electric/shield dmg not much , slows target which been hit, and 2 uses which reload like bengalores smoke

Giving them the same thing to another legend is slightly less worse, than removing a tatical from a legend, that made sense when they had it. Seers tatical silencing and scanning and slowing down aim is the dumbest thing in this game. Rev having silence made sense, but silence was so loud for no reason at all 😂. His passive sneaking was thrown to the wind each time he used ult or tatical. Giving up the precise location to that entire area where u wud return to with low health was so dumb. Most noisy stealth assassin ever
They should change Ash's tactical so that she does uses her sword to do extra melee damage and can run a little faster or take less damage temporarily
Something with the sword would be great, like the sword titan Ronin, a reflect tactic or electric arc wave where she swipe with the sword across the ground, cuz Ash had a Ronin titan or is like one, or made the 3 dash a tactic
Ok I’ve said this in game and I’ll say it here. Every legend is fantastic it’s just the player who is supposed to bring out there full capabilities
