    Our 125 pounder mastered this move and he won state haha. He also was a judo champion. This was back in 2002 so you know no one that was wrestling back then had a chance.

    This was nice cause a lot of videos are about 10-15 mins long but this much instruction

    Really beautiful execution of this technique.
    A lot of the best shoulder throw specialists in the world also use that two legged forward drive to finish the technique, of course it's not the only way to finish but it certainly adds a lot of power.

    I've been studying hard to work on my wrestling skills, but I have always needed a fixer-upper to get out of a triangle leg lock, always has me confused.

    I love the techniques that great but we need something that’s practical for every day situations down the street. I definitely don’t want to be jumping on both knees on the ground. So is there something similar that we could do without jumping on the ground on both knees perhaps landing on stones or glass. And the other thing that I find not satisfying is with the head falling towards the ground so it has to be streetfighting wise? If you have something like this that would be great please

      the best arm throw is without knees on the floor. It needs a lot of technique, less power more speed and kinda a different approach on the start
