Grappling has always been something I've wanted to learn for a long time now, and I'm happy to know that we have world-class athletes competing in such sports. I was wondering if it's not too late for someone in his 30s to learn the sport? Would love to be able to train soon.

greco roman is definitely the grappling style that requires the most strength.

He basically wants to form a triangle with his feet and his opponents as that gives him optimum angles to throw
I invested my own style of grappling i called it greco jitsu
Its has the throws of greco roman w and the ground fighting of brazilian jiu jitsu
