Cade Media - underrated
They're good for laughing at but lousy for useful information.
Wearing lycra is close enough to riding naked for me.

Ever since getting wheels with carbon spokes, I haven't had to use deodorant because I smell so good. Also, I no longer need glasses. Thanks, carbon spokes!
Is this British humor?
I recently put a pair of carbon spoked wheels on my bike and I now get stopped by women asking for my phone number. Offers of marriage are now a regular thing too.
Thank you very much for that, carbon spokes ð
Sapim cx-rays are clinically proven to make your c**k bigger by up to 50%
Carbon spokes make for lighter, stiffer wheels. Potentially more aero too, as they usually use fewer spokes. And if you know where to buy them, they can still be cheaper than regular wheels from the likes of Hunt. The question of maintenance is valid, but a friend crashed weeks ago, broke 4 steel spokes, and we ended up buying him a new front wheel anyway. Qualified labour in the west is so expensive and bike parts got so technical that replacing is increasingly economical, if you have good sources.
My next wheelset may well have carbon spokes, I'm curious and price went down a lot.
For me my money is always with dt swiss alpine iii triple butted. Just seems like the perfect spoke design imo.
I never knew that bicycles existed. Surprisingly I never saw one in public or in the mediaâĶ nobody I knew growing up had a bikeâĶ..this all changed when I saw the naked group rideâĶâĶ..
Would be the ultimate saddle test
The Naked Bike Ride is an excellent counter to those studies that show drivers think that cyclists in helmets and lycra are "less human".
Check out spinergy wheels. They use PBO spokes which are 3x stronger than stainless and extremely lightweight
Cycling naked ?? That hole in the saddle might cause a draught
You can't talk about carbon spokes without even mentioning textile spokes, they start being a thing for microgram enthusiasts.
Definitely not marginal gains on wide carbon spokes, itâs the new trend on all the flagship carbon wheels from Chinese OEMs
Even if there were marginal gains from them, Zipp, ENVE and HED would be offering them at a premium
@@veganpotterthevegan Sapim cxray spokes are the industry standard in the west because of reliability, the western market does care as much about performance as much as they care for brand name, reputation, and security. Mavic are the only Western brand as far as I know to have a wide carbon spoke product, but it will be the trend moving forward in the wheel industry.
@RylHango Zipp and ENVE would make them in house, just as Reynolds has. The Renolds wheels had narrow rims so weren't very fast but their spokes were sizeable and never an issue, I sold plenty of them
@@veganpotterthevegan sizable steel spokes? Interesting to find out about this wheelset
@RylHango no, they made carbon spokes in house...my ex-girlfriend worked in their factory too. *They don't make much in the US anymore. But Zipp and ENVE make nearly everything they sell in the US and that would be true if they found that carbon spokes were better. I just think it's too easy to forge the ideal shape for a steel spoke. Any shape in carbon for an ideal spoke could be matched in steel quite easily.
Your justification for the naked cyclists was absurd. "You need extremes"...really? Respectfully, your argument sounds like you're the hippie.
Basically, naked bodies get attention. It's on the news and social media. During the event cycling related topics and issues were part of the event, maybe they would get some attention. But probably not because, the naked bodies will be getting all the attention.
