Inner Tranquility solves that problem and you should be using it with it. I urge you to test for yourself and see the difference between high and low warp resistance. It isn't much if you have inner tranquility running (which everyone should have thanks to warp battery being so viable now!)
I think the trauma staff would be really cool if it caused an implosion effect rather than an explosion effect. It would really make it a lot different than any other weapon in the game.
Yeah I've thought about this. I would rather suck them into the center and cause some serious trauma with increased damage based on the number you CRUNCH in
@@RealAsianRobot Plus for a lot of people the downside of the staff seems to be that it spreads enemies out. If it pulled them together you could really do some serious stacked damage coordination with other classes, like pulling groups of enemies onto grenades, or bunch them up for a flaming. It could also pull enemies together out from behind blockades that are set up next to each other. Lots of tactical uses for that kind of effect vs blowing them apart. The best upside of that really is knocking them off bridges or ledges.
i thought blast radius was a diff stat from what you see on the floor. you can stagger enemies way beyond your visual effect, AND kinetic flayer (the auto brain burst) triggers on anything that gets caught in the much wider blast. so basically more aoe stagger and wider kinetic flayer trigger area
Hey, I was using the imgur Melee and Ranged Blessing guides you made for a quick reference but they are gone. Also I have a question about bleed. I made a dagger for my zealot with +3 bleed stacks for non weak spot hit and +3 bleed stacks for critical hit. I can get Bulwarks and Reapers bleeding for 160 damage a tic( in lvl 4 test room) But I can only get max stack of 40 out of a Crusher.
Yup bleed does very little against Carapace Armor. You can see my grenade utility vid for the Veteran it shows that bleed does jack shit against the Crusher more or less. Also I never made any guides on Imgur. So it might have been someone else my dude 🤣🤣. I only make videos and I never covered blessings in the past (I plan to do so now)
On a knife zealot, forget the bleed stacks on critical hit blessing, it's basically worthless as you are going to crit apply a lot of bleed anyways with just lacerate. For crushers (and in general really) the other blessing you want is uncanny strike. You can take penetration as a complete dump stat, with 38% uncanny strike on a T3 uncanny knife as the only blessing, I can light click spam and kill crushers with 400 dps. Bleed inst really to do DMG on a zealot bleed build, it's to enable high crit values to add DPS and keep up TDR. Mercy killer is a viable option, but is going to give far less returns on almost all enemy types than uncanny
If I recall correctly, unyielding and unarmored are the only things that rending is not going to benefit the knife massively against I gained massive DPS increase almost across the board; testing a knife with 80% pen, and higher stats all around, UC was still outperforming MK by quite a large margin. Of note is that MK is undermined by requiring repeated WP hits, and is reset everytime you miss a WP, while UC stacks with a duration of 5 seconds, and will benefit you no matter where your blow lands
@@blakemorris2753 Thanks, I will check it out. The knife was mostly for fun, 3 bleeds on any light attack, then crits would apply 7 bleeds stacks. non weak spot +3 crit blessing +3 feat crit +1 . just tested and dps on reapers and bulwarks in lvl5 meat grinder ranged from 600-1300 . I will try and get uncanny strikes and try it out. as carapace is my weak spot. cant flamer all the crushers.
Warp Resistance I think is actually huge for Trauma Staff since it raises peril so fast, it's going to help a lot. Thanks for the vid!

@@Starlesslight I fully agree, it's something I want to put to the devs when I get the chance
Thank you for this this helped me a lot! Currently running a surge staff build
Enjoy my dude@
Thanks
Thanks very much for the super chat :D
I just watched this video and then pulled a Purgatus staff with 80% on damage, burn, and cloud radius. And 70% on quell speed. This video is good luck
Glad it was happy :D
Thanks for breaking down the stats that matter for each of the staves, any tips on the blessings for each staff?
That I plan on covering separately in builds etc. Looking at testing things slowly this week
Yes!
I always deliver my promises my friend!

Haven't touched this game in awhile, but this is how it worked when I played. So if you have different results and it works for you, go for it 😁✌️

What about the best staff, the Shredder Auto Pistol?
Lmao. We don't talk about that piece of crap 🤣🤣.
That said if I ever get one with Blaze Away and another good perk. I'm making a shred psyker lol
