Now that Dracula (Adam Sandler) has opened the Hotel Transylvania's doors to humans, things are changing for the better; however, Drac is secretly worried that his half-human grandson, Dennis, isn't showing his vampire side. So, while Mavis and Johnny are away, Drac enlists his friends to help him put the boy through a "monster-in-training" boot camp. But things really get batty when Drac's cantankerous, old-school dad (Mel Brooks) pays an unexpected visit.

Dennis is a dempire, the hybrid between a human and a vampire. Because of his higher base durability from his father and his half human nature, he will not have the same weaknesses as a full vampire. While he might have less strength than a full vampire, Johnny has shown a very high level of durability that he would inherit.
This movie is so much fun, I love how monster and human societies have embraced eachother and Mel Brooks is perfect as Grandpa Vlad.
Mel brooks in anything is perfect
It's just a pity that Jonathan is portrayed in this film as such a clumsy and wimpy.

Can we talk about the trauma for Dennis and even Mavis when Johnny dies of old age since he isn't a monster and won't live as long.
Dennis is so adorable and Drac is a good grandfather in this movie

Vlad was actually a real guy, he was just only acused as a vampire because he had a habit of impaling his enemies on a wooden stake wall like decoration & drink their blood

I really love how Johnny and Mavis are written, they’re different but perfect for each other.
This was the first Hotel Transylvania film I experienced in a movie theater and I enjoyed it. It may not have done better than the first film but in my opinion, it’s still a fun movie.🙂

I was rooting for Mavis& Johnny's son to be a vampire but I would have liked this movie just as much either way . This film was good Johnny and mavis got married,bless with Dennis, got to see more of world and met Johnny family, the downside was mavis behavior on her father and wants more of her son and at the end I wish she and drac Apologize for their actions.
I loved the movie, including when Dennis got his fangs.
Hotel Transylvania 2 was a funny movie I am loving this, the way her Daughter she was so cute, also the dad wanted to Protect her, so he wanted to make sure she is safe. I love Hotel Transylvania. 😊

Neglecting Air Resistance and assuming it's on Earth, the tower would be about 7000m tall, about 23000 ft
Looked smaller, that's what happens when you don't get a scale with those shots (and I know it's for a gag).
So this precarious wooden tower is over seven ninth of Mt. Everest, no wonder they stopped using it for insurance. A little over third-way, you may start having altitude sickness... And don't think about making it fall, this thing will cause damage... Oops, it did, but less than it should.
Here's the math:
Time's about 38 seconds
Acceleration is -9.8 meters per second per second
Initial Speed is 0 meters per second
Distance = Initial Speed * Time + 0.5 * Acceleration * Time^2
First part equals zero, so Distance = 0.5 * Acceleration * Time^2
0.5*-9.8*38^2 = about -7075 meters
The bottom of the tower is 0m so the top is 7075m
This movie is awesome, and I'll leave a sugestion. The "The Invisible Guest" - Contratiempo (spanish) is one of the best thriller ever.
Remember what Vlad said, the TRUE key to help a vampire get his fangs is to take something they care about and try to hurt it.
Sure, Dennis liked Cakie but HE'S just a TV character, whereas Winnie is his BMFF (Best Monster Friend Forever) and possible future zing

Out of all the Hotel Transylvania films this is my favorite out of all of them (Well certain Parts of this film), the first and second films are the best.

I thought this movie was just OK when I first saw it, but I wouldn't mind re-watching it again cause it does have some really funny parts in it. I honestly didn't care if Dennis stayed a human or became a vampire because I think as much as it was about Dennis growing up VERY fast, it seemed more about Drac learning to not force anything on his grandson, just like Grandpa Vlad had to learn that his ways of 'parenting' no longer works now, so he had to adapt VERY fast.
Dennis is technically a dhampir, half human half vampire. So it wouldn’t have mattered if he had fangs or not. I think he would’ve still had some vampire abilities just not all of them. Kind of similar to Renesmee from Twilight; she’s had some vampire attributes as well as humans being a dhampir. She had fangs, but couldn’t produce venom. Therefore she wouldn’t been able to change a human into a vampire. 🧛🏻♂️🧛🏻♀️👨🏻🦰🧑🏻🦰🦇❤️🖤✌🏻

I didn't expect to enjoy this movie as much as I did but it was fun to watch and the humour was there too😅

The mom Mavis was the real bad guy in this movie. She coddled Dennis and pretty much forced being human on him. He deserved to go through the rites of passage and experience all that being a vampire had to offer while he still could. It's not like Drac was letting anything bad happen to him.
To be fair Dracula coddled her for over 100 years and now he’s suddenly all “throw kids off of towers it’s fine” after making her wear a helmet to jump off the bed

Hotel Transylvania 1 and 2 are always gonna have a place in my heart, the third movie is alright by me and I honestly only watched the 4th one halfway because I felt iffy about it. But, ya know, I enjoy this reaction nonetheless and can't wait till the next video :D

My personal opinion, I think it would be fine if Dennis was human. This would show that no matter what, whether he is a monster or not, Drac should still accept him as his grandson. Dennis would be fine as the young boy that he is and loved by his family and friends. This would allow everyone to see that he is no different than they are.

Unfortunately the only one of the HT movies I really liked. Every other felt just stupid in terms of stupid jokes for small kids. This one has a beautiful heartwarming story about the grandpa-grandson relationship and also moves about acceptance while being different. Dennis is the cutest kid ever :3
