    Love all your ideas - I deal with anxiety and depression plus some autoimmune issues - I started using the daily pages to record what I eat & time - then on the adjoining page I note my mental state and physical body state - it was eye opening to see the correlation between my diet and mental/ physical issues
    I like the size of the weeks and carry it in my purse so I can pull it out and write in it throughout the day - I journal the real, raw and ugly in there - very private but it helps me review how stress and day to day issues are affecting me as well
    Then… at the end of the year I have a ritual of reviewing everything, making a fire pit and burning the whole thing😱 - a little scary (and sometimes I do pull out a few significant entries) but most of it goes up in flames - can be very emotional and clearing to watch all the pain and issues of the previous year burn to ashes

    I use the same Weeks for my health journal and love it. I use the monthly to record when I fall asleep and wake up along with the total hours, my weight, my water and my steps. I highlight in pink the days I meet my step goal. I also use the Hobonichi stencil with a heart, triangle and circle for the days I take all my supplements, eat gluten-free and close my rings. I love having the overview in one place.
    I use the yearly to record my daily calories from the Apple fitness app.
    On the weeks pages I use the left side divided into thirds for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the right I have a tracker for checking taking supplements, meeting move goal, I eat a forkful of raw sauerkraut every day for digestion, etc. I also create a graph to keep track of the hours I sleep. The rest is for notes on how I feel, stress, good things, bad things - whatever notes I want to keep.
    I use the notes pages to journal in detail about anything that is happening, doctor instructions, whatever.

    Oh, sometimes I also start with the last months in the book if I want to start early! I start from the month that I am in (in the back) and redate the last months so in January I start from the start with the correct dates, instead of redating the whole thing ! (Or wait if I don't want to wait of course😅) 😊
