Thanks for sharing and taking time to explain the setting. Love it! I actually have similar items on my health planner but have never been able to fill up consistently. 😅

@@pinidal.k.4176 Thank you! It became a must for me to religiously use a health planner because I don't want to be surprised by serious conditions that cannot be cured. Healthcare is so expensive and I have a lot of people relying on me, so I have to take care of myself. I hope you are also doing well!

Thanks so much for sharing - I got several great ideas from it! I've been meaning to develop and track my self-care habits, including what I eat, emotional check-ins during the day, etc. You've inspired me to get started! :-)

That's very nice of you to say. I'm glad you found it useful. On hindsight, I thought my tracking was too extra, but it's just an important thing for me and I've developed the habit of tracking everything after my diagnosis. Here's to our health! Hope you're doing well.

This is excellent. How do you know how many notes pages to leave space for? Or you make your months as you go? Thanks for the links to the original creators.

I make it as I go. It's a lot easier than allotting the pages in advance. When my mood is crap, I only use the planner for the tracking part. So setting it up at the beginning of the month works well for off days. Thanks so much!

I use my Hobonichi weeks for my health planner the last two years. I do like that the sterling actually has quarters and goals for the year. I will keep an eye on it for changing out next year (2026) but for now I may find a way to track those within my hobo in 2025 I've tried to track mood , sleep and pain in a chart form but I miss days with it and then get frustrated. in November I started just listing hours slept each day in the weekly portions but it does not give a great overview like the chart does. but I will try again the rest of the month and in December. If you have any tips on keeping the charts up let me know :)

@@ShamelesslyCreative I am actually using Hobo Weeks in 2025 so I will be losing the quarterly charts. 😅 But I plan to draw the charts as habit trackers in the notes section of the Hobo Weeks alongside my trackers for food, sleep, mood, & pain. I think bringing them closer together will help me connect the dots better, not to mention use up the notes pages. 😊

Would love to know what apps you use to track. Especially the pain.

I use Manage My Pain, Ate (I use this to document the food I eat), WeightFit (to document weight).
