Thank you so much for sharing these tips. I've been back and forth on whether I want to use a standard TN or Hobonichi weeks for my wellness planner seeing these layouts has given me some ideas to try out. I love the hobo weeks and have been a fan for years but I have all these TNs and inserts I want to use as well so thanks for the inspo!

I loved this journal walkthrough! I clicked on this video so fast. I have been trying to figure out how to track my symptoms and health related appointments without it being overwhelming. I struggle with anxiety too~ I like to put on binaural beats or I clean my room 😅 I hope we (and everyone) get better sleep in the coming weeks!
P.S. the way you write the letter y is so cool!

Hahaha thank you so much! Just gotta keep reminding ourselves that that overwhelming feeling of anxiety is just temporary 🥲 So glad you liked the flipthrough and thank you for your comment about the way I write Y 🤣

Thanks for the insight! I'm setting up a wellness journal for the first time and I like the idea of a monthly view to track things like anxiety. I'll also be using it to track how my period coincides with anxiety.

Appreciate seeing the different layouts. And, Like the Wins column. You don't feel the need to record your meals? Also, your handwriting is so suitable to the Weeks. I am going to set up a Health & Wellness Hobonichi Weeks, as an active retiree there is a lot to track and consider.

I actually added a meal tracker in my updated spreads! It's been super useful. I hope you enjoy using your Hobonichi Weeks as a health journal! Thanks for watching ☺️
