Played Turrican 1 and 2 to death (nearly finishing them on a daily basis) on both Amiga and ST versions. Still two of my top 10 videogames for playability and top ten videogame soundtracks ever made. The 3rd episode lacks of something I mean it's a good game technically but the first 2 episodes are just much funnier. Maybe it's the hook and all its climbing sessions that ruin the fun.
Nothing about rendering ranger aka R2? Dave it's sort of an unofficial sequal and pushes the snes to its limits. It only got a Japanese release and goes for around 2 grand boxed 😂 I had a timewalk games release sealed but I sold it last year for around 300 quid I think. If you haven't seen it you should give it a look
