My ‘79 Camaro told me to tell you “THANK YOU” for this video/lesson 🧠 the screw holding the push-rod out of the way was crucial for making this super easy!! 🙏😊
Good vid. I changed the fuel pump on my 350SB last night & for some reason that bolt to retain the rod wouldn't hold it up so I used a strip of packaging box to hold the rod up while I slipped the fuel pump into place.
Thanks for the video! I'm about to do this on a 1965 Olds 330 cu in. Do you think it's necessary to take the rod out to clean/lube/grease? Or leave it in and put grease or oil on it? just curious - thanks
So my 76 gmc will squirt a little bit of gas when I turn the keys. An no sign of It staying on. Will that be a fuel pump problem? Or does it suppose to come out alot from the fuel line whenever you start and gas it a little? Please help me put. UNCLE BUCK??
I have a fuel filter that drop the gas and then fills up all the way. Is the fuel filter supposed to be filled up all the way at all times if so, is it a fuel pump issues. My car also stalls at times when I’m at a stoplight
Great how to video
thank you very much

Good video. Why does your old one have a spring under the arm and the new one doesn't? I have the opposite, new one has spring and old one doesn't.
depends on which company made them
Thanks for the video!

Leave it in, it gets oiled by the motor
@@grantslater2485 Thanks
YES, LEAVE IT IN. the engines oiling system does lubricate the rod very well. Have a great weekend
Can you tell me what threads of the longer silver bolt you used?
Thanks for sharing

YES, it is a fuel pump problem, it should be a strong steady feed
