The man went to the hospital with 28 significant head injuries. 5 911 calls were made about the beating and it was caught on 3 cameras but the official police report only said a citizens arrest was made. Not 1 word about the beating. The cops even suggested/asked the sheriff if the man’s injuries came from falling to the ground… absolutely sickening!!

I think Deputy Chief Neal was being real and genuine. Being very new to the job he doesn't know everything going on in the community yet. I think he was very professional and extremely helpful in assisting you in filing a complaint so he (the department) can investigate the situation. Key phrase he said "due process." Fill out the report in detail referencing the video. He can't do anything unless he has paperwork and a video in his hands to assess the complaint. Good job!
