- This was at the Vernon hills school district in Vernon hill’s Illinois.841 West End CT,Vernon Hills Illinois 60061 847-990-4200 After manager GABBY and Ms Cook said there were no FOIA forms available,they FINALLY located it and provided with that. Gabby also said that I can tour the building after she left with a student. Ms Cook and the maintenance man (Mike)didn’t like it,and secretly called 4 Police officers to the scene.

Parking your car at your audit location is a big mistake, NEVER do that, otherwise you automatically give up your identity and can't remain anonymous !! Many of the best auditors do it unfortunately, including Jeff Gray, Rogue Nation, even after being called out on it,, many times. And yourself too in this video. This is a very bad example to give. Park your car a couple blocks away at least, and make sure you're not being followed when you return to it.
A good point but we're not sure who the car's registered to for sure. TA's a smart man either way.
At the very least create a business and put it in that name if nothing else. But you never how far a cop will go. They could start a huge US government harassment campaign against you

Auditors need to learn how to file lawsuits In Pro Se so you can hold them accountable legally for any federal violation of their rights. I think most auditors understand legal concepts and can learn court and filing procedure.
Some already do.
I would be interested in learning how to do it I need help with "next friend lawsuit" any Lawyers out there ?

It is always suspicious how it almost every video, the government employees never have the forms, and they never know who's in charge of the forms, and they never know anything about freedom of information or filing a complaint? No matter how long they've worked there they always act like no one has ever filed a complaint or asked for information in the history of the state??? In this case I believe the girls are telling the truth and they probably do not know which means it is a failure of the supervisor to train their people.
Been watching audits for years now, I can honestly say you are my favorite new auditor. A lot of newer auditors don't really know the ins and outs of what they are doing with audits. But your content is great, articulate, well informed, you keep calm and collected. Definitely earned a subscriber.

James, I am curious as to WHY you seem to park your car CLOSE ENOUGH for the cops to make a guess it's yours or that yours is one of a few or a dozen parked nearby? Why not do like Kern County (KC) and the auditors who team up with him (smart, double cameras, double coverage, lookin' out for each other) do and park further away or in among quite a few other vehicles to keep 'em guessing? Them NOT knowing who you are and not being able to find out gives you an edge, and it might cause them to get stupid and violate your Fourth Amendment rights by trying to convert your lawful, constitutionally protected activity into a contrived/made-up crime (trespassing, disorderly, disturbing, interfering, loitering, hindering).

James, when you walk outside to meet-n-greet the cops instead of letting them come inside to talk with you there you always run the risk of them just locking the building like that and you can't go back in, at least not during that audit. It would make more sense for you to remain inside and see if the government worker bees or the cops are going to ILLEGALLY try to trespass you or threaten you with arrest...all on camera and on their body cameras and the building security cameras too. ;)
