- • First Amendment Audit.... 👈this is the link to what happen previously on 6-8-23. Today(6-13-23)I went to confirm if Lt. Drikos did in fact send me a BAN letter. He admitted to sending the letter,and then he flipped it and said the director sent it to me.(Michael Bauer) So after arguing with Drikos back and forth in the lobby,I left and went to the Illinois State Police Headquarters to make them aware of the crimes that were perpetrated against me.
Wow how are they going to enforce the law if they don't know the law🤔😏
police are not trained on law, just on controlling citizens and "getting home safely"

The post office is a good example. It's just a complete money suck for pretty much no Good reason nowadays.

What you didn't know if that letter is actually a "royal decree". Laws are irrelevant when you can just type up a letter telling the peasants what they can and can not do.
You should always notarize any documentation specially dealing with government or having to do with are inalienable rights and send it certified mail when you send it certified mail you get a copy of the receipt saying that they received it so they can't say they didn't receive it and it's documented in the State records because of post office is basically a judge

Why does it seem every public servant needs things explained to them like they're 5? The fact that you had to tell that seargent his job, the fact that they do take complaints in person, is rediculous. They always want to act stupid in order to prevent you from exercising your rights. So glad you were actually able to talk to somebody professional and competent. I'm always amazed that they don't know 1st amendment rights. I understand why they wouldn't know every law in a state's code, but our basic constitutional rights.

Fascinating. I love watching all of your videos. I live in the UK and we have enough of our own tyrants, and of course some very professional public servants who understand who they work for.
I particularly admire how calm and articulate you are when you experience such bad behaviour from people who really should know better. It takes a lot of courage and integrity exposing infringements to the constitution in the face of so much unwarranted resistance and intimidation.
As the old saying goes : Attitude is everything.

James , I am new to your channel and listen to several of your encounters daily. Many of your audits are months old. Did you do a follow up on this? You are top of the list of 5 auditors I follow. I am retired LEO and fully support your efforts to get the word out on our Rights. There are many tyrants out there working for our govt. I worked for many in my career.
Omaha police officers saying that there's no recording allowed which is purely a personal matter, nothing about no photography isn't even on a sign on the door the only thing that is prohibited that's mentioned on the door as weapons.
3:45 🤦🤦🤦. To become a " Sergeant," you supposedly need DECEADES of experience to rise to the rank of a Sergeant. So this guy at least has to know you can film in a policestation. I'm sure he's heard of 1st Amendment Auditor's before he is supposed to be a supervisor on top of that so the people under him are probably just as bad as he is....

Maybe, you should print out the decisions of the SCOTUS that allows people to film in public -- if you can see it, you can capture it, and hand one to them when they start the "You can film where people conduct business."
YES...why all auditors DON'T carry copies of the relevant high court rulings (or at least official summaries of them), a copy of the Constitution and copies of the state laws that pertain WITH THEM to every audit in case one or more of them MIGHT come in handy (for a variety of reasons) is beyond me.
Another auditor did that in new york. He was physically thown out of the PD foyer and then arrested.
@@Johnny_Vojo, that's right, that did happen to Sean of Long Island Audit, and it was all nicely captured with clear audio on his two cameras, his professional cameraman's camera and several police body cams. Each recording clearly showed how many times he tried to inform, educate, teach and make the police involved in ILLEGALLY arresting him LISTEN to what he was telling them...that he had a COPY of the New York STATE law allowing him to record in their silly police precinct lobby AND the New York CITY law which also allowed him to be there and record. And Sean has retained a good attorney, he is merely waiting for the DA (or the first judge if the DA doesn't do the only LEGAL thing he can do) to DISMISS the petty, non-applicable, misused misdemeanor charges the cops arrested him on. As soon as the "criminal" false charges are dealt with by dismissal, in court or in court on appeal, Sean and his attorney WILL BE filing federal Section 183 CIVIL charges against the NYPD and the cops who illegally (against TWO current, active, in-force, valid laws) arrested him and clearly violated his rights. It's not over at all, it's just beginning, and Sean will prevail and WIN, and in the process he will likely get the ILLEGAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL NYPD "No Recording In Police Precints" rule canceled, done away with, gone. ;)

TTA family, you have become my favorite auditor and its not even close these days! There were some guys doing some good work a year or two ago but most have fallen off or completely sold out in my opinion. Amagansett press used to be my top when he was actually visiting government buildings intead of every 3 months going to a city walking in front of stores for 20 minutes and then leaving for 3 months. Bay area is along the same vein disappearing for months at a time

Have you thought about discussing whether or not they can enforce having to notify them of a visit so they can provide an escort with your own attorney? If so what did your attorney say?
It's definitely illegal for them to require me to set up an appointment..plus the Lt admitted to the DMV creating a policy specifically for me..so they are in deep you know what!!!
Similar thing is happening to James Freeman in a court house he is investigating but a judge wrote an order he must be escorted by law enforcement and they just recused themselves, this looks like a weaker case to me as it's not a court order, just a policy or request in this instance.

It is interesting that State Law in regards to his rights, he quotes here but doesn't recognize the concept of State Law in the previous or Part 1 of the video.
