I was on the reverse rainy hakone hopper last night. I was in 2nd and 3rd place pit maneuvered me. Got back up to speed, got pit maneuvered again. Got up to speed again, got pit maneuvered again. Caught up to one of the guilty parties, got my revenge, finished 16th. I qualified on pole. This was in an S rated lobby at 4900 skill rating
Idk if it will work in Forza, but an old strategy used on large, oval circles like Eagle rock, is to get at the top of the track at the Apex. When you’re coming out of the corner, you will have a lot of momentum going into the next straight. Jimmy Johnson use this a lot back in his NASCAR days so it might work in FM8.
Usually I watch SuperGTs commentary for racing games but your commentary is also absolutely hilarious and refreshing ! If you keep up a good consistency the algorithm will eventually catch on because you make great videos 💯

Love how the Race Control is always high on crack in this game, u can send a dude flying 500 meters and at worst get a warning, but no when someone fucks you up, the Race Control be like: "oh you dun goofed now boah!" and gives you a 5 sec penalty xD
Your second race went about as well as my qualifying race. Got punted into a wall going into turn one at Laguna Seca so hard i ended up ricocheting upside down back onto the track, and bouncing off another car (roof to roof). The dude that hit me didn't even attempt to brake at all. The result? I lost 16 positions, and got an "off track" penalty of .5 seconds for getting punted, and another 1.8 seconds for "avoidable contact" when i was flipping uncontrollably and bounced off another car.
If you turn the wheels the moment before someone hits you or brake before you’re gonna hit someone (even if it is a super hard hit) you’ll save yourself the penalty’s lmao. If you just appear to try and prevent something the game doesn’t understand and says you’re good. Great racing!

It’s much better than GT penalty system. You don’t want Forza devs to overtune it like that.

I'm staying off of multiplayer unless it's private matches until they update the penalty system, it consistently gives the wrong people the penalties
