Completely unrelated but, found your channel through the Crew video yesterday, rather enjoyed it, subscribed, clicked off, job done.
Today, came back and watched a couple more videos, and just saw the one about, Forza Horizons downgrade in music. And just, wow man.
The fact you can go from, "Check this guy eat a palm tree and get launched into the stratosphere" to, like, serious, informative, content, and it doesn't feel off is amazing man.
You're really well articulated, and really hit the nail on the head with the forza music video. Watching your videos, your fondness for the games really shows and it's shown in the content. Just makes it, really enjoyable to watch.
I hope you do more vidoes along the lines of that! But, I'm Bias. I always struggle to watch people play Forza, or things like that. Why would I wanna watch cars drive round a track when i can do it myself?
I'm just, built diff, and cannot stay engaged but man, I'm hooked. You just make it fun to watch, with your gameplay, different type of videos, funny commentary, and just, alot of different things that make watching enjoyable.
Anyway man, just, loving your content, keep it up. Genuinely thought you'd be sat at a couple 100k subscribers and lost faith in humanity when I saw only 13k.

Also im kinda sad that motorsport doesnt have the Lotus Elise or the Exige in the base game. Really love those cars and hope they come later as dlc atleast.

I had my first multiplayer race in this game yesterday, and it was the best racing I've experienced in an online racer. Even better than iRacing and GT7. It was close and mostly clean.
On controller or wheel?
@@gkcin242 I was on a TMX wheel, been using it since 2020. I'm actually faster on a wheel than I am on controller for the first time in a Forza game.
@@BenKuyt64 thats awesome, im gonna try it out on my tx tomorrow when its out on gamepass, i always felt like i was at a disadvantage using wheel on fm7 so ill be glad if i can finally compete with a wheel
@@gkcin242 I finished P2 in my first race, qualified P3. Was very good. You will have to tweak your settings a bit but Hoki Hoshi and others have videos

My first race was so amazing, hakone club course i qualified 2nd and ran bumper to bumper with 1st the wole race until our soft tires fell off, then 3rd came back and we all finished within a tenth across the line 3 wide
That's awesome dude! Sounds like a heck of a race. When the driving is good on Forza, it is really good.
I know that the dirty racing puts a lot of the try hard racers off but for me, it’s kind of just part of the fun. I mean I never intentionally do it but I suck at racing so I still do it quite a bit by accident and all the other slower noobs around me do the same thing. It’s what makes it fun, actually fighting for position

my lap times in quali are less then a second off the best players in the lobby, but i always finish 1 or 2 places down from where i started, FM is tough, but i am enjoying it alot
Yeah it can get tough out there. Especially with it being early access and all the more "hardcore" folks playing. We'll see what happens when the game fully releases

1:21 The penalties do be kinda weird sometimes like in T1 at hakone in a feature race with the KTM GT2 cars, I would get one for making a contact like this even tho the guy to my right was going slightly wide and touching my wheel and side not even that hard…
From the penalty system on FM7 Beta it was 10 seconds and then it would boot you from the lobby
Yeah I've got some folks saying it's 12 seconds now. I think they might need to dip that back down to 10 🤣
The penalty system could definitely use some tweaking and refinement but it's a step in the right direction for multiplayer racing.
The races are way too short to really implement the probation and DQ penalties, though. All in all, the multiplayer is pretty fun.
Edit: probation happens at 6 seconds, don't know what it does. DQ happens at 12 seconds.

I thought that the racing would be cleaner with the new safety rating system, but then I remembered that it’s still Forza and nobody will care 😂
Lol yup! I'm thinking once the game fully releases and the player base gets bigger the rating system will have more S players to choose from. That's my hope!

Are you use any assists ? I’m new to forza and im struggling corners and breaking. Maybe a tips and tricks video up next?
Hey there! I've got the assists off. What helped me early on and still now is Rivals mode. Spending time on each track, setting faster laps, memorizing breaking points. It can be boring but seriously every lap you do in Rivals will be a better lap out in multiplayer. And as you go along, play around with the assists and find what works best for you! Happy racing 👍

Why do you change gears so late is it better to shift in over rev?
Hey there! It depends on the car. With these touring cars it felt like I was reaching max power past the redline so I was shifting just before it was bouncing back.
forza never changes i see... though the new game is fun, been a lot more competitive in the new game modes on my wheel
Haha yeah. The racing is a lot cleaner from what it has been in the past. That said... There are always gonna be some bad apples.
They need to update the penalty system to automatically give a 5 second penalty at the start of the race to anyone using an anime livery.

dude, in that accident you were not even turning for the corner. you had the inside line. that means you cant brake late, otherwise this happens. Turismo is a decent driver.
