2022 Kenworth T680 was doing same thing had dealership test alternator luckily it was good and it the problem was simply a lose wire on the alternator saved myself $2k because the alternator is very expensive for mx-13
@@survivetothrive21 I had the crank case filter changed and the dealership didn’t tighten one of the wires down properly when they put the alternator back on . It did cost be some money in labor for diagnostics but it was cheaper than the alternator and at the time it happened last year the alternator was on national back order
I’m sorry I didn’t have a 3rd hand nor a decent place to put a camera up close in an already tight environment as I wrenched. I guess it’s a good thing I thought about that as I made the video and verbally explained it before and after I did everything, whilst showing up close where everything was and went. You ain’t kidding. Glad it was a simple issue! I’m glad I didn’t have to find out what it would have cost had I added a labor bill to mine lol
