I'm totally going to implement this workflow! And STACK is insane - exactly what I've been looking for! Thanks again, my friend! (BTW: your REAPER theme is my default now - it's both beautiful and practical! Thanks a bunch!)
big, Big, BIG thanks! I learned more tips and techniques watching this one video than any 3 months of watching others. I've watched this video at least 4 times, and will be back again for sure! Thanks so much! Yes, please do more showing what's available in Reaper/Reapack and how to implement it! STACK blew my mind, but so did most of what you showed.
dude your emotion around 16:28 is so beautiful that next "aha" moment is what drives all musicians and music listeners sometimes thru the endless practice we forget to have fun!
Notes for me in the future, when I forget!! 4:43 - LOVE how you're using `Preview media item under mouse` - I hadn't appreciated how helpful that was. Also great that it plays the dry sample, pre-FX/fader (does include Take envelope settings, which makes sense) 10:31 - `X-raym Stutter media items` is so simple and amazing. Such an elegant script. 11:48 - `Birdbird Item Modifier` - incredible script. Definitely need to look into this more - spent a while checking it out while watching the video and there's so much there!! Found the multiple-item processing (like Pitch Ramp etc.) SO helpful 15:10 - Manual chopping - really good to highlight how, even with all these scripts automating a lot of possibilities, the manual part of the process is always going to get you where you want to go, not just relying on (incredible!) scripts and plug-ins to do the work for you! Found this video so helpful, seeing your workflow in action for this and the sort of scripts you're using. It's so difficult to get to grips with what scripts do what, so it really feels like just looking around and being aware of what people are using for what! Thanks so much for making it!
Crazy to see a script turn something like this into a musical masterpiece everytime you press a button. Nice collection of scripts, thanks for showing them off!
Man, I've added so many things to Reaper from watching your video! I think you should do more about what you can get through Reapack because there's so much info that I don't know where to start. Thank you!
Awesomely so usefull to see you in action using the real power of Reaper ! Thanks a lot, I discovered here a very clever way of using a good workflow and some scripts I didn't even know you could use to get so incredible and fast sounds and edits with. Really thanks :)

Crazy workflow and insanely useful tips to create breakbeats ! 🙏👍👏
The result is pretty awesome!😮 you're so good at this! It would be cool more videos like this! And this sript of the items totally fire! I didn't know about this one, I'm definitely checking it out Thank you so much!
Hello! Can you please tell, how you organized the file system in the media explorer 0:53 I also tried to break everything into sections and add separators, but nothing worked(
This is super cool, what was the action you use at 19:00 to stutter edit the item? Like which ones? Was it X-Rayms? And what do you have they shortcut bound to
@@reapertips_plus sweet! I’ve been customizing my workflow the whole week and your videos have been invaluable In it This type of content of just doing something and going over the workflow as your going is awesome!
aw thank you a lot!! - I think its just that I have an insane standard for the main channel, these videos are super low effort in comparison 😅 for the main channel, I script almost every word, plan out angles, film with a camera, spend lot more time editing and so many things. I love the process a lot but I haven't had much time these days to get into that flow again. for this channel I just turn on my webcam, start recording, edit a bit and put it out in less than a couple of hours!
The BirdBird script looks so good, I can't wait to mangle some beats later. It was nice to see your workflow and actions too, I picked up lots of gems from this. Thanks!
that item modifiers script is actually nuts, man reaper is truly in another level.
This is why I love reaper ❤ both the software and the community is pure golden
it's people like you! ❤
It's so useful watching how other people use Reaper. I would never have thought of some of these customisations!
Really cool to watch your process, That birbird script is crazy! will definitely be checking that out. thanks for the video 🎶🎶
Thank you so much! - I wasn't sure if this would be interesting but I am happy you liked it!!

Hands down one of the best Reaper videos for me! So many crazy inspiring tips and tricks. Thank you so much ✌

This is absolutely useful. Added almost everything that was mentioned. Thanks a lot!!
Crazy to see a script turn something like this into a musical masterpiece everytime you press a button. Nice collection of scripts, thanks for showing them off!
The item modifier script is awesome. I also prefer to do things manually but sometimes the script gives you random cool stuff.
Oh nice old skool jungle breakbeat.some crazy results from this script that would take some time to do it manually and get that feel
There so much to learn from in this video. 👍🏽
Item modifier is a Godsend, thank you.
Subscribed to your channel. More of this stuff would be great.
Yes!! I keep forgetting it exists, but it's such an incredible script!
reaper god making a god beat..deserves a like for sure 😍💗

Those scripts were amazing and I had no idea i could add fx to individual items. TY!
Thank youuuu. Adding FX to individual items is one of those things that make REAPER so so awesome. Not many other DAWs have that :D
I love your Reaper setup

This video is top notch
aw thank you so much, that's motivating
Great video
very nice work...also the guitar and metal drums video are equally as stunning. What vst guitar do you use? Sorry if you've mentioned this before.
sorry late reply! I am using Odin II by Solemn Tones in here ~

Hello! I just made a new database and called it "-----"
Hey could you do more tutorials on songwriting?
Omg..global sampler is a Brilliant way to make resampling on the fly. How it about CPU usage?)
Thank you so muuch and yes!! - having it always there is such a savior. I haven't noticed any dips in CPU so far!
@@reapertips_plus I was make metering. This script is Very CPU friendly! (M1 Apple silicon). I’m happy🌮
Where did you find those breakbeats man? They are so perfectly on time, the ones I have downloaded so far all have terrible timing.
Shouldn't the global sampler be added FX List before it starts working?
I currently have it on my monitor FX chain, so it's recording eeeverything. Tho if I ever need it to just record a track I would move it to the track.
This is super cool, what was the action you use at 19:00 to stutter edit the item? Like which ones? Was it X-Rayms? And what do you have they shortcut bound to
Woaaa thank you for watching til the end!! thats amazing. And yes! it's the x-raym's stutter script I mentioned in 10:08. I have it set to Alt+Shift+S
