I felt this every bit. As someone who watched their dad suffer through addiction, this really hits home for me. It's so tough for the kids to watch their parent go through that. My mom struggled with drugs for most of my childhood. It’s tough to go through because I felt like she didn’t care. She is clean now and as an adult we have a better relationship. I am grateful for our relationship now.

Really insightful documentary. Just remember to take some well deserved time for yourself and your family. You should be really proud of what you've done and, although there will always be too many DMs to reply to, the best way you can help those who are struggling is with the work outs. They have helped so many people around the world :)
