The Bible does say the heart is deceitful above all else, and not to trust it. Why not teach to directly ask, Father, Son, Holy Spirit, What are you trying to speak to me thru this situation? Still face the issues and get to the roots, but ask Jesus what is going on and allow Holy Spirit to reveal, because we can trust HIS heart and HE knows our hearts better than we do. Also, we are not divinity nor are we the I Am, Jesus is the great I am. Perfect love is Jesus, not us. I think she is on the right track but definitely off Biblically. She is speaking of herself and the I Am portion as if she is divinity. This is deception and absolutely new age thought creeping into the church. I love Christa and believe “her heart” and core of the message is in the right place with all of this, and getting real about our thought life is very important, but we are never to be God or our own little god. This is what satan wanted, to be as powerful as God. This goes all the way back to the garden of Eden and satan tempting eve to be as god knowing good and evil. We are to take on the mind of Christ, but we are not God. The word of God is our bread, not our own heart. What she shares is a mix of truth with untruth. This can be very confusing, especially to the body of Christ too. We are supposed to change and be transformed into the IMAGE of Christ, but we are not Jesus. She is saying we do not have to ever change, if we choose not to. So much confusion. I agree with about 75% of what she is saying, but it’s that bad leavening that spoils the whole lot of it. It makes it difficult to hear the HEART of her message, because I hear nothing about Jesus being the complete source of asking what is going on in the heart. We can only trust HIS heart for us on any matter of our hearts. She points everyone to her book for healing, instead of God’s word and His heart for us. Please ask Jesus what His thoughts are about what is going on in your heart. He loves and cares, and we don’t have to do it all in our own strength because the Bible also tells us that HIS strength is perfect, when our strength is gone. He give us HOLY SPIRIT as our guide and we ask Jesus by Holy Spirit what is going on in our heart, not ask our heart or a portion of ourselves called “The I Am portion”. Read the word of God for love and healing. Not every Christian is harsh and hard, or speaks with a judge mental southern accent, but truth is truth. Jesus said I am the word, and the word is our source. Not all of this teaching is truth. Yes, there is a flesh man and spirit man, but only Jesus, by way of the Holy Spirit can HE truly show us what is going on in our hearts and soul. Trust Father, Son and Holy Spirit with your heart. The Bible says that you have no need of any man to teach you what God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit can teach you, by HIS word, the Holy Bible. Dr Caroline Leaf points to God’s word to heal the brain. We don’t need her book or anyone else’s to heal us, we need Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and the word of God. I can never really trust my own heart. I call my spirit that guides me Holy Spirit, not the I Am portion. Only Jesus is the great I Am. 💖 Visualization and guided meditations is new age thought. Any true new ager than has become a Christian will tell you this type of teaching she is mixing in is dangerous ground. The enemy comes as an angel of light to any of us, and can deceive any of us. The word of God has to be the plum line of truth. This is scary. Even at the end, leading all in guided meditation. Jesus never demonstrated this. The spirit she is saying, it isn’t Holy Spirit. She is saying let the spirit lead in whatever way. 😳

Almost didn't listen to the whole presentation. I am not convinced your message is wholly from God.
Your goal with meditation of emptying yourself of thought, if I understood you correctly, seems to place your mind in a position to be easily controlled by Satan. Praying I'm wrong.
