I am non muslim but live in Indonesia, we have this wahabism problems too. Wahabi created division no only towards muslim vs. non muslim. But as well inside muslims.
Muslims who voice out for non muslims rights were labeled as kafir, musryik
Used to rare cleric will call out people as kafir, but since wahabism flourished, the labeling is like nothing for them. They even said label of kafir is actually a "positive" term, a "cool" nickname. I'm like TF
And current government starting put them in place and now they deny a lot of abdul wahab teaching like the preacher said. "No that is not what abdul wahab said." TF..I really want Wahabid to be vanish from this world. They are poison not only for non muslims, but as well to muslims..

Inshallaah he leaves all the waves Wahhabism and dives into the vast ocean of Sunni belief. The Haafith, jurist and Arabic linguist said: Whenever the term ‘Ahlussunnaah’ is mentioned then what is intended is the Ashariyys and Matureediyys.
My sincere advice to Yasir Qadi is to spend more time reading agreed upon books of Ahlussunnah.
Ibn Masood رضي الله عنه said ما رآه المسلمون حسنا فهو عند الله حسن وما رآه المسلمون قبيحا فهو عند الله قبيح “What the Muslims deem praiseworthy is praiseworthy in God’s judgment and the Muslims deem blameworthy is blameworthy in God’s judgment”.
By the own admission of the Wahhabiyyah, Ibn taymiyah was rejected and overlooked by the major scholars and community of ahlussunnah for centuries. That is because his odd opinions, his unprecedented misbeliefs, his divergence from the Ijma and his unlawful Takfeer of the Muslims.
Read the books of Nawawiyy, Ibn Hajar, Taqiyyud deen Asubkiyy, Ibn Asaakir, Taqiyyud deen alhisniyy, AzZabeediyy and so much more.
First open your heart then open these unanimously accepted books who were written by unanimously accepted authors since their emergence. There are two sides to every story . It’s time for you to discover the side Ahlussunnah.

The whole Arabian Peninsula suffered from the ideology of Mohamed ibn Abdulwahab....Takfeer is by the tones in his books and that of his followers to date...in his book Al Durar Al Saniyah he brags about the killings and atrocities he committed against fellow Muslims all around the Arabian Peninsula....

After causing destruction in masses you came to know the real face of najdizm, where as the majority mainstream Muslims around the world knew it already.
What if Dr Yasir qadi realizes after some time that Sufi Muslims don't worship graves as misinterpreted by jaahil ulema with out knowing the intention of a believer first.Scholars of Ahlus Sunnah Wal jamaa have continues lineage to the prophet and are in majority. And a knowledgeable person can know that Deen can't stand or continue ,if it's in the hands of wrong people

It’s admirable for someone to see clearly something in the books of their studies which they are immensely studiously attached to - which goes against the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) - and to step foreword and be the one who says this doesn’t make sense through the lens of Islam.
It is not easy for a scholar let alone a everyday individual to do this. Credit should be given to what was perhaps incredibly painful and brave for him to do. And Allah works in mysterious ways. If you keep your intentions sincere for guidance, Allah will insha’Allah guide you. Sometimes we need to learn lessons on our way there, for benefits we will understand in hindsight.

Get married, for I will boast of your great numbers before the nations. Whoever has the means, let him get married, and whoever does not, then he should fast for it will diminish his desire.”

The Wahhabis who attack other modernist like yasir qadhi which I agree with them on point don’t know they are also part of that modernist group who re opened the doors of ishtihad and made Albani who died in 90s authority in classifying Hadith weak or strong. He even made Hadith which was considered strong by the real salaf week according to Albani. So know they are going to label me as an grave worshiper or maybe having Deficiency in Aqeedah because I don’t take Albani as an authority in classifying Hadith. It is so sad to see how those najdis grow strong under british hand and oil money then started export their wrong belief system all over the world like as well as shias after revolution. Both vahabism and shia have big financial power but sunni muslims dont...

Allah bless u for yr honest searching.
But this is exactly what happens when knowledge is sought without a teacher having unbroken chains of narration (isnad) going back to the Prophet (Peace be upon him).
You said you might change in the future as u changed from the past, meaning u might also be misguided currently.
True knowledge is taken from the hearts of the scholars not from books. "Nay, here are Signs self-evident in the hearts of those endowed with knowledge" (29:49)
If this is done then ur ideology and views won't change now, and won't change in the future.
Also studying with such people will also clear up some of the misconceptions u have about tawassul/istighatha.
May Allah guide us all and allow us to respect difference of opinion

They still don't get the problems stem from Ibn Taymiyah, he should contextualise History with him aswell, as he did with Abdul Wahab

Najdis are the group about which RasoolAllah SAW said….’ You will be amazed by their prayers and their Quran , but they will expelled from the deen as an arrow leaves the bow’

SubhanaAllah, I used to be a devout follower of Yassir on Peace TV, and also followed the other lecturers.
About ten years ago, when things became clear to me about the wahabi movement and how petro dollars was one of its engines.
I remember going thru all the lecturers and trying to analize or understand why they were following the wahabi path, and for each one I gave reason's, like fame, and lacking deep knowledge, money etc.
But with Yasir qadi,, I said he looks like he's sincere and smart, left his petro Chemical engineering studies to study in Medina University.
What's is wrong with him not to see the flaws of the wahabi movement or as he call it the najdi.
    Am proud of him.

Dr yasir says that the third wave is better...hang on..!! When the first wave ( of ibn wahab) was fanatic and wrong,so is all the three waves .i mean when origin is wrong, then rest are also wrong

Sheikh said that the third wave Is better because they didn't fully support all the views of the first wave. To admitting their ancestress were wrong will takes a lot of guts.
