Hi I watched the first one many times when I first got my janome overlocker and it did help although some parts it was a struggle to see but I would never have left a negative comment, but I want to say this time you did it brilliantly, the filming was absolutely clear and easy to follow and understand. Give yourself a pat on the back and stop worrying about the previous one. ❤❤ Thankyou for using your precious time to film this for us. Xxx
I have been able to (for the first time ) since purchasing my overlocker 3 years old thread my overlocker myself. Thank you for your clear instructions. So glad I found you. I did not watch your first video but applaud for acting on negative feedback and coming out with an amazing version… ❤
After nearly 2 years of being afraid and procrastinating I think I'm ready to try and thread my overlocker. It's an old Brother machine but I was so excited to see it's colour coded! Your video has really helped me and given me, I think, the courage to give it a go. xx
Thank you. I am a new overlocker user. This has been very helpful. I purchased a used machine so did not get any instructions. The manual wasn't the most clear and the threading tutorial I found (done by someone else) looked like it was filmed by a customer on their phone. It was better than nothing, but yours is better. I have a Janome, so it is color-coded, which helps tremendously.
Great video, I got this machine 18 months ago, I use it frequently but still not confident on threading it up. Your vlog is very clear & helpful. Thank you. Look forward to further overlocking vlogs. Pam x
Hi Sophia.😊 Thank you for making the new video. I did see the first One it was very helpful because I didn't know anything about overlockers and you really helped me 😀 can you please make a video about how you use the differential feed etc. Thank you ☺️
I bought a janome overlocker on marketplace about a year ago. It’s brand new. The box still has the plastic on it. I paid $100. This video is making want to open it! 😂🤦🏼♀️
I can see why people can be afraid of over lockers. That machine seems quite complicated. So your tutorial will be very useful for Janome users. Thankfully my Brother machine is much easier to do
Hello there. I'm a first time user of the Janome Serger My Lock 634D machine and I think I have threaded it correctly from your videos that I have watched. However, after a few seconds, the thread that goes into the last eye of the lower looper gets undone, but for some reason, the thread isn't cut and stays in the machine. It's just that it's not in the eye anymore. What am I doing wrong please? Thank you for all your videos! You are awesome.
Hmmm are you definitely threading it from right to left? You may be missing a tiny hook or something? Or it could be getting caught on something else? x
