conditioner more than shampoo if you're hair is wavy to curly be light on the shampoo if you notice your scalp get dry or flak flaking could be because of product But changing product can mess with your hair so a week or two before switching to new product is ideal oil if your hair looks dry unless it's straight (it will make it look shiny unnaturally if straight and oiled,,,unless just dry tips. but if you have dry tips consider trimming regularly after shifting oral diet,,avoid supplements. )
Sun contact will dry it Humidity will moisten and friz it Cold will dry it Consider up-dos or cover ups in extreme weather (but if you find a remedy please share!!!) Find the right hair tie for your hair You need something that wont tangle or pull your hair. avoid friction from seats or bed/pillows-that can pull tug and tangle- some people just use silk caps or up dos Over everything, prioritize sleep and comfort, its when the body heals and functions passively help because it cant be done awake (and drink water) i hope this helped :)

You might not be able to get rid of it naturally. It could be a hormonal imbalance causing it, and medication would cure it.
