Reed pipe beatboxing / Сопілка-бітбокс: Dmytro Syvokon' at TEDxKyiv

Dmytro Syvokon majors in paleontology and paleoecology from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. His employments include Kyiv Museum of Paleontology and Experimentanium museum of modern science and technology.
Dmytro's hobbies are dance (electric-boogie) and music. He started playing guitar in school, then got interested in beat-box, then bought Ukrainian chromatic reed pipe. Having watched the video of flute-box (combination of playing the flute and beat box), Dmytro came up with idea of a new style - the combination of playing the reed pipe with beat box.
Дмитро Сивоконь закінчує магістратуру в Києво-Могилянській Академії: наукове покликання -- палеонтологія та палеоекологія. Працював в Київському палеонтологічному музеї, а зараз екскурсовод-аніматор в музеї популярної науки і техніки «Експериментаніум».
В школі хлопець почав грати на гітарі, також захопився beat-box'ом. Потім Дмитро купив українську хроматичну сопілку. Згодом після перегляду відео з flute-box (поєднання гри на флейті з біт боксом) у Дмитра з'явилась ідея нової манери виконання - поєднання гри на сопілці з біт боксом.
