Hi Oscar for the certifications, does Artificial intelligence (AI) certifications from an organization like British computer society or AI board of America count ? ie, these are not government issued and are also not necessary to work in the profession.
Hello Oscar, I have a question For EB2 NIW If I have a job offer letter as a physiotherapist which says $92k per year salary in New York, Will that be considered as “exceptional ability to command higher salary” ? Notice this salary amount is almost half in my present residency country Please let me know if I can check this as this category Thanks
I don't offer personalized advice. But commanding a higher salary refers to salary *already earned* and the comparison is with peers in the same geographic area where your job is taking place, not in a different country
Hi Oscar, Thanks for ur video. I lived outside USA. I am confused in selecting the petition type in I-140. I believe that I can provide evidence for exceptional ability, so can I select 1.h. An alien applying for an NIW? and in this case do I need EIN and Labor certification? and do I need to file the petition for the Schedule A, Group I or II designation? Thanks in advance
There is no specified number, it depends on many things. I typically recommend 4 to 8 letters but, again, it depends on the case and the type letters you want to collect.
I am a mathematics teacher. With masters and PhD, 16 years teaching experience. I am currently on a J1 Visa subject to 212E. Can I apply for EB2NIW, while I'm on J1?
Hi, I don't think you would be able to do that if you are subject to the two year rule. As far as I know you cannot change to any permanent residency status, or H or L visas. However I am not an immigration lawyer and your question would be better answered by one.
Dear Oscar I am a director in IT sector. I have a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from U.S with two years of experience in U.S on OPT. Now I am back in my home country working as Network Operations Center DIRECTOR
Hi there, I feel like you did not finish typing. I suspect your question was going to be "do I qualify"? I do not evaluate that, you can see the requirements and decide by yourself as you know your situation better. If you were going to ask something different please let me know.
@@OscarsGreenCard Dear Oscar I have recently passed and become CISCO certified Cyberops Associate enabling me to work as SOC analyst in U.S. Now issue is I need professional services to prepare my Petition. Can you offer any professional services in this regard, even if it is paid.

Hi Ade, I am sorry but I do not comment on personal situations and qualifications. You can read about the green card category and decide if you can qualify. Only the USCIS officer will finally decide!
Really well exposed! Thanks ❤

I meet 2 criterias out 6, the third one i have 3 years experience in field instead of 10...
Is tjat 10 yeara really necessary ?
If you want to meet that criterion, yes
But meeting criteria can still be not enough qualifying is based on discretion of evaluator

Do undergraduate scholarship count as one of exceptional ability?
Not really , you can use them in prong 2 maybe, if they are relevant. In the video you can see what criteria are valid for exceptional ability
Hi! Is it possible to get your consultation? How can I reach you?
Right now I'm not doing consultations
