I love Randy’s solos. Crazy how he does the solos for the Black Sabbath songs, knowing he doesn’t like playing them. Sounds amazing. R.I.P Randy Rhoads 👍🎸❤️
It's where a lot of his solo techniques originate from though. He was an ego filled guitar maniac driven by Marlboro and cocaine, I have a copy of his autopsy death report. He denied even listening to Sabbath as well, his inferiority complex shined through there when logically accomplished guitarists could see right through his bs...listen closely and you'll hear his cocaine speed sloppy playing throughout...he would be ashamed listening back hearing all of his mistakes and into action problems inherently associated with playing aggressively on light strings which cocaine does to you. He was most likely assassinated by the pilot because he was quitting the band after winning an award for guitar player which is the last thing he should have been thinking. Ozzy punched him in the face, word got back to Sharon and her daddy record producer president of the label...they weren't about to let this affect the bands future financially. You research and connect the dots, I know it's crazy but once you know how Aerosmith and others have acted and got away with murder then you may understand and believe it.
Oh…so we are to believe that Ozzy wanted to assassinate his business partner? Ahhh…no. I don’t buy that for a second. The bus driver was doing blow all night before the flight and he was to say the least, an impaired operator. Simple as that
I dunno how he can play so fast and what seems like forever without slowing down. My hands would cramp up trying to play like him. But he's a genius and a natural who worked very hard to learn how to play the right way. He's definitely one of my all time favorite guitarists
Makes me think of Randy as an angel. The way he played the guitar was like no other. And the way he helped Ozzy get his life back on track after he was fired from Black Sabbath, and then disappeared.

Randy will live forever in his music!🇺🇸❤❤😎✌
What's terrible is there is so little live footage of Randy playing.
He's smaller than Suzi Quattro? But plays a big sounding guitar!
There's lots of video of Randy Rhoads playing. It's just that Sharon Osbourne will not allow any of it to be released.
@@georgemalley6414 ridiculous...why???? just greedy? thats like a sin ..the guy died and thats memoralizing him?? I dont get it...
@@georgemalley6414
😡😡😡
She just doesn't want anybody else to see it and watch it to herself! 😡😡
@@georgemalley6414
A men , you’re right. Sharon osbourne won’t let any of it out.
I guess she’s afraid somebody might make a dollar besides her and she can’t stand that.
@@marklane870do say more, I’ve always felt he was killed
@@OscarMartinez-mv9wlI have no more, you research and lmk!
Oh…so we are to believe that Ozzy wanted to assassinate his business partner? Ahhh…no. I don’t buy that for a second. The bus driver was doing blow all night before the flight and he was to say the least, an impaired operator. Simple as that
@@marcusupshaw829not Ozzy but the business mafia side of the band, you know...just research mafia and music , huge rabbit 🐰 hole
it's so cool to see these videos of randy and Ozzy. I remember when I saw them so many moons ago
Gifted beyond measures.
It’s 2022. Just found this of Randy. A true genuine guitar hero. LONG LIVE RANDY RHOADS. ❤️🤘
Only made 2 lp's in the studio and they still blow away 98% of anything since!
I dunno how he can play so fast and what seems like forever without slowing down. My hands would cramp up trying to play like him. But he's a genius and a natural who worked very hard to learn how to play the right way. He's definitely one of my all time favorite guitarists
Super cool!!!! Thank you for this great footage!! 🎸🎸🎸👍
Saw him twice ....insanely genius !!!
I was so fortunate to have been given goosebumps seeing this incredible band LIVE during the Blizzard of Oz. I will never forget that feeling. 🙏🫶🏻✌️👍🏼
Saw Blizzard of Oz in Asbury Park, Convention Hall, NJ!!!🤘🔥💯😎
Very happy that I got to see him live even though the roadie drove the set to a different arena! No stage set, just a no frills banger.
The reason why he's finally going into the rock n roll hall of fame by himself! He was the fucking best period !
I'm 😢 crying just listening to him play. TAKEN FAR TOO SOON !! the world really missed out on his future music ! RIP RANDY RHOADES
Man. I've heard all these songs so many times, but I'm crying. Life is so chaotic and unfair.
Makes me think of Randy as an angel. The way he played the guitar was like no other. And the way he helped Ozzy get his life back on track after he was fired from Black Sabbath, and then disappeared.
I will never forget that night in Passaic, NJ at the Capitol Theater, with Lemmy opening up for Ozzy and the Blizzard! A night that I will treasure until I can catch a hug from Randy up above...I will always miss you brother!!!😞 R.I.P.🤟🙏💜💜💜
Randy para mi uno de los más grandes guitarristas de todos los tiempos el joven que ultrajaba la guitarra una y otra vez y la guitarra feliz
Epic footage of the all time wizard of Oz casting his melodic spells upon us with his 6 string polka dotted magic wand - Thank you for posting this would love to see the entire performances of these clips RIP RR!
I literally remember guitar hero world tour I loved playing mr Crowley over and over and over
The first solo, I swear to God It hit me so hard I felt my soul cave in !
I still remember we were all amazed by him when he came out & all these years later we’re even more amazed.
Randy always will be the little giant on the guitar. He was a beast for sure.
I was there, saw them in 1981 during the Blizzard tour, I am now 58yo and this brings me to tears remembering back, hearing on the radio nearly 1.5 years later he was killed, didn't sleep for days Rest In Peace Randall Marshall Rhoads
An incredible guitarist and musician and a stunning live performer. I saw him on the Diary tour just a few weeks before the accident. RIP Randy. 🎸
Greatest Rock/Hard Rock Metal guitarist ever. He had been plying like this since the mid 70’s. His impact on the guitar world was beyond immense. Randy changed the entire game.
1:46 that transition was clean mr crowley to revelation
the run he puts in the Revelation solo sounds like it goes on forever on an endless fretboard, amazing.
The way he translated the Steal Away the Night solo to capture the triple tracking of certain parts in the studio
Yes, the first solo in Mr. Crowley is my favorite. Hands down amazing.
His playing was beautiful....he was beautiful.....a huge loss.
Lucky to see him live in September of ‘81 at Sunrise Musical Theater. Izzy was boring but Randy WAS the show. Blizzard of Ozz Tour. He would sadly die six months later. RIP.
Me too, saw them at Pittsburgh, small venue, he was super bad👏😎
Sadly I missed seeing Randy. When I bought my tickets to see Ozzy in Providence RI Randy was alive two weeks before the concert he tragically passed. I saw one of the Brad Gillis shows it was heart breaking. Nothing against Brad he did great job taking on a nearly impossible task. But I still get choked up thinking thinking about Randy and that I missed seeing him perform live RIP Randy..
Imagine how many more fantastic solos he could have made if he didn’t get into that plane
RIP Randy! He was a beast
Man...this is some great footage....brings back good memories...when you see that cream les paul....you know all hell will be breaking loose!!! Thanks for sharing !!!!!
So sad how few recordings we have of the man that launched a million guitar players over night!!! Still blows my mind just like it did 15 year old me. Yes, great music stands the test of time.
I love sseing these, God he was so amazing on that flyin V. I wish he was still here jammin today . Maybe him and SRV since blues was his true passio. His music will never die, it’ll live on forever .
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great work... that's fun to watch. Hell anything with Randy is fun to watch. But you did a nice job with this one. I love anything with Randy but at the same time it hurts that we don't have a full clear show that we can all have our minds blown from! There's only a few things that are must see for me.. and really anything with Randy or about him is one of those few things. Thank you
that sound is captivating and hypnotic.
Sure other people can play like that but it never seems to reach the depth of a metal musicians soul as such as the virtuoso of Randy Rhoads
Awesome video! Thank you, thank you for taking the time to put it together.
