Yes, balancing Fi and Se.... enjoying the moment and paying attention to what we enjoy and do more of that. INTJs can suppress their feeling to get things done and it can really backfire later. Yes, INTJs are very very ambitious and need goals to function. I'd recommend taking classes to learn a skill you'd enjoy having. We kinda need measurable goals where we can measure progress.

That's mostly from immaturity and lack of skills. If you find your big goal, you'll go for it. I think INTJs could benefit from mentoring from an older INTJ.
this vodeo was really helpful thank you very much I just face a crisis and it made me realise that I lived in my head for too long and now reality isn't the perfections I imagined and I have to work on my understanding off Society and being realistic and have realistic goals I'm letting go of the mindset that I had which was really unrealistic and now when I'm in real-world I kinda struggle to find happiness because I think because I cannot be in my head I have to be with others and find joy in being with other people or do some random thing always and never go back in my head when I N T J are introverts so now I was just realised that because I stop dreaming and being in a dream it doesn't mean that I have to change my whole personality I just have to get used to that I have to have a goal and don't dream about doing ridiculous things which never can be true
This is very true. Such good advice actually. I needed a reminder for sure and now I feel very motivated to start working on this. I really do think these things will increase my happiness, strange as it may seem to other types 😊 Thanks Erik 💛
I'm have a question. How are you in a relationship? I'm INTJ, so I would like to know what the women feel when are in a relationship with me. I think sometimes I'm a little weird, because I need to be alone or be in silence. Sorry for bad english, I'm learning.
@@Jamesh-op7hu relationships are hard for sure but I prioritize quality time together highly even though I too need a lot of alone time. Which can be hard for a partner to understand. Wish you luck! 💛
Agree with all this and I’m going for it now saying screw the tried and true- I ain’t got the energy to work extra while trying to accomplish what I’m aiming for. Thank you- as always awesome and accurate video.
rn, i feel like a 4. I am struggling with food disorder, and social anxiety, and ppl judging me bc/ apparently if u judge other ppl, then u consciously think other ppl judging u. I always struggle with food issues tbh. I also rarely cook meals, so food is my go to, oh and sandwiches too. But i also want to be healthy too. I also feel like rn i am not being efficient, and i feel like i am constantly over thinking, i also struggle with time management.
1) Meditation is a must. 2) Create a plan, and start following it. If that's too hard, create an anti-vision of things you definitely don't want in your life (that already might in your life), and inverse that, and you'll know what to do to avoid those things. E.g. my house is messy -> I want a clean and orderly living environment.
4:26 Your are fun XD It's so true : balance. Agree. Advice for younger INTJ : "Think to yourself first", "What do YOU want/like ?" "Everything take time and energy" set smaller goals. For your well being and energy. We would like help everyone, be kind with all, but we have only 1 body and our energy is limited, we can't sacrifice our self for others. By being with someone for 9 years, I have lost myself. We can have huge goals and high expectations. We want perfection now, but... it's not possible. In our mind it's perfect, but the reality is not. Transform what is in our mind into the reality, take energy and time.
No, Ni doesn't want anything now. It works slowly and in a precise manner to achieve a vision for real. Wanting something now, could be an Se thing and relationship fantasies are lower Ni thing - Thus I would say you can be an INxP. For them indeed relationship are about the way they imagine them to be.

No, you don't. As an INTJ and married for 10 years with 3 kids, I can tell you surely that you should stay single, because almost everything that you want to accomplish in your life literally stops when you married. Just keep growing up and get the wealth that you wish for and keep learning about the human nature, till you really understand what person is the best for you, or even no one 😉 Either way, don't look for love or things like that, till you get your wealth and clearly understanding of is really mean to leave with another person. Wish you luck guys.
You're absolutely right. If i don't have goals, I'm susceptible to depression.

Perpetual frustration of the INTJ chasing their ideal future is a curse of self sabotage and resentment exactly as you say.

'What do YOU want/like first' - This is how Fi dom operates. And I saw ISFPs being pretty cold too.

Efficiency Junky, that's me. Including most of the other descriptions you mentioned.
I agree with you in your last words/ But at the same time I feel like I don't want to accept that((
What makes you happy?
it depends on situation.
Using tools to make or fix things makes me happy because it forces me to take external reality seriously.
Learning, building and improving
Art, studying , having time to put studies to practice, reading, energy work, dancing, singing, writing, lyric writing- 8 happy level .
I've only ever been happy once in the last 40 years, and that was when I was making out with a hot blonde.
More intj advice content please. There's a gap on yt
I don't get a lot of views for making these and I'm not an INTJ myself, but otherwise I do my best :)
I was -5 when I started watching this video
Thanks, 👍 great advice. You're perfect. Joseph is unbearable to listen to.
