American Allies no longer gives troops with Native Treaties as of a recent patch, but imo it's still handy to have in the back pocket for either the +10% Jungle Bowmen attack tech from Carib, +20% Plumed/Chimu/Maceman attack from Zapotec, or coin-related techs from Mapuche (besides the housing for their respective nat troops).
Yeah I use it all the time to buff the chimu boys
Jungle Bowmen that do double damage against vils are also pretty scary
Thank you for posting a video every day Widgie, the AOE3 Community salutes you 🫡
Long live Widgie’s channel!
Wow that was awzum stuff 😊😊 that looks fun, I might try that, I think I can can count the amount of times ive played Inca on one hand😅
Thank you for posting
Great strategy! Priests are highly underrated. I've been wanting to experiment more with the card in age 3 that allows you to train them faster, also gives more HP and a longer unit conversion range.
I've seen Russia players use priest masses as effective meat shields, I guess Priestesses can do the same
I was always wondering, but now that you mentioned this inca native rush thing, is there any strat in the game that revolves around making natives? I was trying to put a few decks together against Hardest bots, but not a lot of success so far.
Native cards is nice to have due to the upgrades. 20% melee unit damage combined with age 3 upgrades i a whopping 35% damager increase. This with your chimu upgrade makes them an Uhlan like unit that is much easier to mass.
Thanks for the info!
Early Priest is a niche unit for inca, it can be poweful if there are a lot of strong range units on the map to convert but can be shit if there is nothing but animals like wolfs and what not. I would like to see inca getting access to the Wild west upgrade or something similar like the other natives have, as it upgrades outlaws to there current age AND treasure guardians. Also the sheer amount of micro it takes to go around and convert units on the maps is brutal. Would like to see some kinda shift-click independent conversion than having to control group all my priest individually or use the "select next healer button". Also give some kinda marker that a unit or stun/confusion animation that they are being converted. The only time i use priest early on is troll maps like "unkowns" ever had 20+ elephants and rhinos coming out you? XD
Mind you my macro gos to shit when microing priest. NOT a NOOB friendly unit to use!
I never understood your opening line! Thanks for saying it slower
wololo
Is the replay available somewhere? Or maybe, can u share me that?
How do I counter Inca? I loose every time
For that strat.... 5 priestess card in Age 3 would go nice too. They can anoy as bad as the Griots
I've used priestesses a fair bit, they are bad against light infantry and they take forever to convert artillery so they aren't good vs them either, all other units they are cost effective or break even vs due to the conversion aspect.
Thank from the non native speaker
Also, they didn't build markets; I believe they come with the map
lol conversion
thanks for the update. I have seen priestess builds but the guardian conversion is new to me as is the inca fast fortress. Im going to see if I can find your twitch stream and follow. My name is nightside
