Actually tried this same match but in maximum gold disadvantage, somehow managed to survive but not able to finish of at least one wolf, so ended on a stalemate
@@strongholdaddiction Probably is maximum difficulty possible on the game

hello from Russia, I was able to win a similar game, with a gold penalty, it took four hours, but it’s real

impressive with 90 speed! i played 10y ago same scenario, but i'm in the middle of the map. but first half of the game had to use 20 speed to control everything

what was possible 15 -20 years ago, a timeless classic, no age of empires 1 or 2 (3 doesnt count to me), no rise of nations, empire earth, no total war or paradox dlc cell out, nothing comes close to this singe player master piece. and i dont even like the crusades or early medieval ages too much. Plus my arab collegues like it when i quote the arab soldiers, AL AL AMAN!

You should've spammed 10-15 catapults and rammed the Wolves castle. Then 20-30 assasins would've got enough time to ambush the lord.

The ol cripple your neighbors eco with volleys and engineers. I used mangonels heavily in the warpath thing as some of the setups were HEAVILY disadvantageous.. but mangonels, archers and the odd wildfire with fire ballistae usually pulls through.. stronghold is so much fun.

The "holy cow" is best used to block the enemy last I checked. They can't figure it out lol

@@mremu4358 not so friends, you can catch up with their development by slowing down the game at the beginning, taking positions and defenses as best as possible then returning to normal speed mode..

just a question. why didn't you ever make a catapults or trebuchet to destroy the fort? I think it will be faster and more efficient since you also have abundant stone resources.

Hey mate! Thanks. Just destroy first stockpile at the beginning like you destroy other buildings and than place it where you want. :)

Why do you train archers and not pure crossbow? Cheaper?
5 archers enough to kill 1 crossbowman before he shoot the crossbow bolt

10000 is too easy 🤣
Try 3000 vs 40000
Kill one of them early with assasin early snd you get 6-8000 more gold

А лучше пару Ричардов, они рашевые) я вообще не понимаю почему тут люди пишут про сложность))

I'm very short in time, maybe it's possible but hard to organize, i'm not a big gamer. Spending few times on pc these days.
Why not use shield its a literal cheat i just make 20 catapults 20 fire ballistas 30-40 horse archers and like 50 shields clump them all together with some pike men and i just wipe all 7 wolves with 1 army

4 caliphs + 3 sultan 40k gold Vs you and snake 3000 gold each - if snake die you lose the challenge
3 snakes Vs you 10k gold each --- you can only use stone boys, fire boys, and barista

My strategy is making a lot of water pots and when i need big army i make them sleep so i have like 150 ready pesants
Thats one of the best things in this game
You can fit massive ammout of archers in one tower just add a 1 wall next to a tower and keep moving small ammount of archers each time you can fit more than 100
